FOR BALANCE: Investor how do you know the seller is NOT done. The seller has sold certain percentage of their share and still holds 5 per cent. It maybe that the seller will NOT be clearing the lot and NOT going down to 3 per cent. We may NOT need to Wait for weeks/months for seller to clear as he/ she seems content NOT to sell more. As he/she seems content in holding above 3%, we know where the sp is going to be (much higher) and chances are bod WON’T release any NEGATIVE rns. We wait and see
