Yes it seems some Western countries ,see others currencies now backed by Gold.
A threat to their precious ,current world trading currency.
And yes ,Bretton Woods agreement is becoming more and more un-popular, problem is you need a substancial amount of physical to back a currency.
How good it was to see , pomise to pay the bearer ,on a banknote.

There is not one algo there are more, if you pay and are accepted you will access one.
The quality depends on how good the programmers.
The large Bankers and wall street , of course can afford the best. Why buy a Ford when you can buy a chevvy.

There hasnt been one in living memory.
It took 8 years to send 20 tonnes back to Germany, which had to be re-smelted into pure marked ingots, when it got there .

Think of it this way,the US has to protect the Dollar, and that means ,whatever it takes.
I just hope they dont push for another war , of course ,not in the US.
I am sure they will try,keeps their most valuable exports flowing.

Data shows CREATION of 236 K ,6000 more than expected.
I would notexpect that to change anything for now, but we will wait till Tuesday to be sure

And US manufacturing data has dropped almost 1.5 % from february, so all in all good for GP today , currently 1989 $ per t ounce, along with pound price and euro. Ound being just over 1605 .
