Do any of you with real insight have a view on the following, which I belatedly picked up from the last rns
1 - how many warrants are outstanding? Getting somewhat concerned about the continuous although minor “dilution”
2 - we only owns 68% of wk, how much does that impact valuation?
3 - similarly we only own 80% of the m project, how much does that impact valuation?

...about today’s sp?
As probably already pointed out by other posters, the quality of this bb is seriously deteriorating with the majority of post lately focussing on current sp and where we end up today.
Fair enough if you are simply trading this share, but for the investors here almost irrelevant, as 1p,3p,5p are peanuts in comparison to the end game which could be double digit multi baggers from here.
EUA is about two things:
1 fundamentals (which we have in staggering abundance, Referenced in many good mails)
2 momentum (deal being actively worked, and imo at accelerated pace with likely first bid around the corner)
I said earlier that current sp was almost irrelevant, this obviously with two exceptions:
- the higher the sp when bid arrives, the better negotiating position the company will be in
- we all like to marvel when our holding in a company increase in value by £xx in no time.
Anyway, lean back, have faith, enjoy the ride and we should all have a very very merry xmas

... currently priced at c 2.3p. Of this, 1.9p is covered by company cash / likely dividend. Leaving 0.4 p for our multiple assets, which are cash generative with the next revenue bash in a months time. This alone is ridiculously undervalued in anybody’s mind.
Then comes the extraordinary a celebrated and likely deal scenario (huge banks probably already speaking too potential buyers) which start taking into account our mind blowing reserves. Only looking at palladium, the 2m puts us at 7p, the 15m puts us at 50p, and that’s even excluding the 40-50m.
HAs the market gone crazy???
I for one sits very happily on my many millions of shares (although partly kicking myself for not selling close to 4p and buying back to 2p yesterday). Very low risk with huge upside.

...and still lots of re-rating to come :)

...that we are one of the lowest cost producers around (at least that is what I recall we are being repeatedly told). So would assume that the traditional 4% of in ground value many are referring to, should be higher in our case - 5%, 8%?? Anyone got any insight into this area?

Not too sure what aforementioned flanks are, but imo way oversold and under the radar. This will be back to at least the 0.6 level within 3 months.

But know little of the fine business, what order of magnitude fine cab we expect? More, less or same as pic?

Bsg you are persistent, I’ll give you that. But otherwise I totally disagree with you and believe Thor is a fabulous company who will turn out to be the star of 2019 with a end of year so somewhere in the 4-8p range. 10-20 times what you predicts (or do you really) let’s see how this unfolds:)

...maybe the imminent placing being repeated here to death will be somewhat delayed:)
