Great to see the steady climb now. Hopefully by the end of this month and full NICE recommendation this will rerate.

Is there any other key milestones in the next few months to be aware of?

Just noticed 72,7m shares changed hands yesterday, highest churn of shares since the latest funding share issue. Interesting to see what the run up to the NICE recommendation at the end of this month will be on the SP. Hopefully SP will find a new baseline price 🤞

Just another 375% increase and I'll be back to square 1 on paper.

I'm more disappointed than anything to see sub 1.5p trades. What's going on here?

If we reach 10p after NICE news this summer would be reassuring, and hopefully progress from there up to 20p with positive sales in 6-12 months.

I hope GDR can pull the "Funding" rabbit out of the hat to survive.

I believe the POC products are good, that's why I invested.

I'm a little nervous now, but that's probably due to reading this board too much.

Only time will tell, the SP is weak due to the obvious funding uncertainty, but I'm optimistic all will not be lost.

It's as if someone is playing with the share price whilst they wait for news.

I'm hopeful GDR will get the funding sorted and NICE news they require, just seems a long wait.

NICE News will be 10th July.

I don't know if there will be funding news before this date (Who knows?)

I guess GDR will be expecting to raise funds subject to full NICE recommendation.

Got to wait 10 weeks!

Hopefully we will get full recommendation and GDR can raise the necessary funds and start to grow over the next couple of years.

London, UK - 29 September 2021: genedrive plc (LSE: GDR), the near patient molecular diagnostics company, announces that it has conditionally raised total gross proceeds of approximately £1.1 million through the Open Offer which was announced on 10 September 2021.

Result of the Open Offer

The Company received valid acceptances for 4,450,852 Open Offer Shares which is less than the 18,091,442 Open Offer Shares that were offered to Qualifying Shareholders. As a result all subscriptions by Qualifying Shareholders will be met in full.

Therefore, the Company has raised total gross proceeds of approximately £7.1 million by way of the Placing and the Open Offer. Net proceeds are estimated to be approximately £6.6 million.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 28,450,852 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). This comprises (i) 24,000,000 Placing Shares; and (ii) 4,450,852 Open Offer Shares. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
