If, and big IF SB can provide accurate information in January to us all and we can recover our investments in the NEAR future
then I for one would accept the present situation.

However, IF iSB does not meet the generous "target dates" of the information provided, I would be happy to join any action that may be considered to see if we have been had over 100%.

I hope 2022 this is the year when CIC investors get a decent deal from SB to offset the years of suffering.

I have countless questions to ask you, which will in turn generate more questions, however this is all totally negitive work for us both.

So, in order to cease this ongoing saga can you provide CIC shareholders with a summary fo your activities in a table format that can be updated.

i.e.

On the left,
Companys you are advising.

Accross the top,
Date of engagement, activity (short summary), remuneration to CIC, paid into CIC, Shares of the company you are advising to CIC share holders, expected realistic date.
(any other info that you consider relevent)

This table can then be updated and posted here with very little effort.

Having invested their hard earned cash into CIC and having the rug pulled from beneath them by de-listing CIC,
the investors deserve your efforts to give them some hope.

MAS, JH and myself invested over £400,000 in CIC around 2013.
I would guess the total invested in CIC has to be upward of £3.500,000

Where did it go Stuart?

I am only aware of what was purchased off the market.

CIC Gold and CIC Fund were subject to financial audit which is fully available publicly

I am the biggest by a long way investor in those entities.

Did CIC buy a gold mine in Mongolia.? Is this gold mine now owned by yourself and HE Barsbold.?

CIC Gold listed with no assets a shell.

I personally own a number of producing mines in Gold, Iron ore and Tungsten in China and Congo.

Mongolian mineral asset was acquired by Barsbold and myself for US$ 7. 3 M. 2013. Personal funds.

CIC Gold listed (look at financials) with GBP1.7 M loan from my company at no interest which was written off.

Of that money US$1.1 million was cash in bank which remains to this day.

Due to UK volatility we have not progressed anything. Our Mongolia asset is now worth significantly more? Barsbold is not prepared to give it away at present.

I pulled no money out of the company.

Thank you for your e-mail attaching the results of the last AGM, without any heading or text.

I assume that this was to remind me and other investors in CIC that a motion was passed:-
"All previous acts and deeds of the board are hereby confirmed rectified and approved"

Question:- How many CEO's need to insert a motion like this in an AGM and why.?

There is no question Stuart, that to investigate your actions over the last 13 year, especially as you de-listed CIC,
would be extremely difficult and expensive. I suggest that this motion was to add protection for yourself against such action.

Congratulations on your actions to avoid all responceabilty for the vast amount of money invested in CIC.
No doubt you are a very clever man.

However, I think that your motion does not exonerate you as a "person" with your record with CIC.

I am sure that many voters voted this way in order to receive a few crumbs that may be available
if and when any of your promises come to fruition.

How does your reply relate to the non-disclosure you were under?

Since Xmas 2018 when you told me that CIC would list for sure, you them said in January 21, it would list in April 21, this year.

Each time we get to a re-listing date over the last 5/6 years you simply give me another date in the far future.!!

Please give me and the shareholders a full and large update of CIC’s position with assets.

I will be posting our conversations from here onwards.

Just an update.

This update will not change and remain the same for the five months.

CIC Capital Ltd is concentrated on transaction advisory. It has 6 client progressing their assets by securitisation (www.Securitisation.com) secured by a public listing advised by CIC Capital Ltd. (www.CICCapital.com).

All of the client companies and pending deal flow is unsolicited and by referral.

CIC Capital Ltd. will not list until client company share are trading on a stock exchange giving the company real value and/or shareholders receive dividends in the client companies.

Thanks for thinking of me.

Yes still around, I have kept my head down since I posted that CIC should recover our investments in 2019. This was after
being with SB for 5 days over Xmas 2018. I am the last person to give fellow, long suffering, CIC investors hope, when there is none.

I am not a "happy bunny" with the considerable investment made in CIC, nor are all the other investors I'm sure, including a few friends that took my advice.

I had contact with SB yesterday and he has promised to inform me of information regarding CIC in one week, as he is under
disclosure restrictions until then.

I will blog again as soon as I receive an update from SB.

The given data shows who has custody and care of the shares not necessarily control at a given point in time.
So TTC as others are entitled to voice their own opinion of those holdings, some of which will hold Institutional Investments in POW.
The main point of trust made by TTC is valid.
As it happens I also trust Paul Johnson CEO of POW.

Talked with SB for an hour this evening.

Think you will find that on Monday Pearl Adventure Holdings Ltd will list with CIC Capital as their advisor. Dealing with all major cruise liners, there for good for CIC emulsion fuels client. CIC are in receipt of cash and significant number of shares.

Also one of the largest surgical technology company's in USA will announce that CIC Capital Ltd will be appointed as their advisor in the near future.

The non offering prospectus for CIC Capital Ltd is available on Canadian regulatory portal SEDAR.

Also filed is the official receipt. This is only given when all documents and auditors consent is received.

I think you will find that The Diddyman is from SHARE PROFITS / ADVFN. may be known as TW. !!!!!

SB confirms that TD holds NO shares, however he did try and solicit £5,000 pounds from SB for a trade show, SB told TD to go jump.

From that time on TD has denigrated SB on his website and blogs.

Facts:-

From the public record share holders were given for free shares in CIC Gold and CIC Capital

SB declined the dividend in CIC Gold as a director of CIC Fund. (how many would do that) ?

SB has never voted his shares in the past 23 years and is a public record on SEDAR

SB has converted his salary and loans at the same rate at institutional funds coming in.

SB and the directors have never awarded themselves shares, warrants or options in the company

SBhas his mobile number on his website for any one to call directly at any time, along with his email, how many CEO do that.

SB has raised many millions of pounds and on public filings has never taken a commission?

SB has not benefited from CIC? He is founder, holds shares he paid for.

I fully admit that SB should have done a lot better in bringing this company to the market, but the attacks by TD or TW are personal. !!

After lengthy phone call between Stuart and myself I have the following information:-

Both CIC Capital Ltd and CIC Gold Group Ltd. last week changed their seat from Seychelles in British Columbia Canada. This is the same jurisdiction as CIC Capital Fund Ltd. Canada has been permitted to be eligible for the regulated trading in Europe and why they switched to Canada as change of seat. Also they will first list on TSX and secondary listing in EU or London Stock Exchange. Stuart went in to detail about the long battle to change the seat due t the Seychelles secretary Estera resigning last year and pulling out of Seychelles altogether. They took their time in withdrawing their license for over 9 months and put both companies in limbo. The change of seat was required as Seychelles will not be eligible for trading on new regulated platforms in EU for the forcible future.The transfer occurred last week and both prospectuses have been filed yesterday.

So solid news on that front.

Stuart was in Canada last week to appoint all the advisors and many have been with Stuart since 2003, so long relationships there. Stuart also visited the TSX and detailed CIC plans and was given the concession to be able to file applications after prospectus filing receipt is issued so saving a lot of time, basically the prospectus application and the TSX listing application can run together.

CIC Capital Fund re-admission to trading its common share is very well advanced. CIC Fund may hold back the application to TSX until CIC Capital and CIC Gold is done as the costs are very substantial.

CIC Capital Ltd has taken on one client for cash and share Cindrigo Energy Ltd (totally seperate from CIC) and their listing is very well advance with cash paid and shares issued which will generate of 2 million points in revenue. CIC is holding back on 27 clients seeking same service.

So we can see 3 CIOC listing on the horizon this year and one client listing. Stuart advised that they will overcome all issues but time is not in their control. Stuart hols over 30 % of CIC so it in his interests.

I hope this information gives the long suffering investors in CIC some hope for the future.

Having expected a return on my investment well before now I would need the listing and assets to be in place.This will put SB in a very strong position to "deal". Once SB had given a clear indication of future business, I would then take a balanced view to invest.

I made a considerable investment in CIC in 2013. Since then I have criticised (rightly so in my opinion) CIC at times.
(Sage even accused me of being a troll)

I spent 5 days over Christmas as a guest of Stuart and Becky. This allowed me time to question Stuart
at length. In short, there have been many "blocks” in the past in trying to moving CIC forward, policy changes, company structure changes, Government policy changes etc. etc

Progress IS being made and should be forthcoming in 2019. Just thought that I would give fellow investors in the same position as myself some hope.!!
I am in constant contact with Stuart, as anyone can be. I will report (very infrequently) when I have some factual news of interest to fellow share holders.
