Leno - If the sand/concentrate isn’t sold sharpish then it’s inevitable that a placing will be announced. They’ve had a year to sell it but as of yet it’s still not over the line.

Possible that the interim report will have further details regarding this issue but if bit, I think it’s safe to assume there’s some kind of issue.

Again, let’s wait and see

Leno - I feel we have made some kind of peace so I don’t want to argue. When I say it’s my genuine opinion I really do mean it. I’m tempted to stick a bit back in before the interim results because the SP usually does 10% regardless of what’s been said.

If I was invested I’d be knocking/kicking down doors for info regarding the concentrate. The war isn’t ending anytime soon so for me the sale of mines product is vital.

Leno - Agendas aside, the concentrate has been sat in storage for 12 months. During this time the value of the concentrate has fallen. Initially the company said it was part of their “strategy” to achieve maximum value. They’ve also said that they’re in advanced negotiations to sell said concentrate so when should investors expect the money in the bank? For me, it seems there’s an issue that’s preventing the sale. I agree the concentrate could well form part of the sale (if there is a sale!) but if this drags into 2024 I’d be worried. It was one of the factors that made me sell my holding. Very interested to see if there’s an update in the interims report but I’m doubtful.

Maybe EUA will surprise us for once and deliver some good news! Let’s see

I’m not au fait with legal proceedings of this kind but do cases get thrown at at the hearing stage or does it automatically go to trial? If a trial takes place, what sort of timescales would be involved in getting a definitive ruling?
