Friendsps - I would put the chances of a “hopeful” sale by end of this year at 5%.

10% if they’re giving it away. Head of Nati has said today there’s likely no end in sight for the war. I know the pro Russia crowd won’t like that (where are they btw 🤔) but when Putin is having lunch with North Korea it’s hard to disagree.

Toffers, I asked a question yesterday, if a judge thought there was no merit in the claimants case, could it be thrown out at the hearing stage or does it go to trial regardless? There’s been a whole lot of chat on here that suggests it’s a slam dunk for EUA but todays news seems to suggest otherwise?

Why would they be calling an expert witness so late in day if the case is already sewn up?

Perhaps IKN could explain that one?
