I’m not sure what followed my post about COPL/EUA, I didn’t get chance to read. The threats are real, though. COPL folk have been hanging their hat on the pot of gold JV (read asset sale here) that many had insisted would be delivered before Christmas (similarities?)

Now the money has ran out and they’re up the creek and headed for Niagra falls at pace. Naturally there were many knowledgeable LTH’s calling out anyone questioning the BOD/company who have now disappeared as is standard when this kind of thing happens.

My questions to this BB is as follows - What happens if there’s no asset sale by end of Q1/financial year? What if the concentrate hasn’t sold (will be well over 18 months at that point)?

That’s the big,l danger with EUA currently. The company is essentially on a four month timer to get something, anything, over the line to keep the lights on.

Wolfdivi - did he? I think he did. Terms of the bet were to send the money to a just giving charity thus letting the BB know that the bet was settled. Unfortunately, IKN chose not to do that despite prior agreement.

Do you think settled his losing £200 bet? Seamus threw £20 in and he’s a staunch EUA’r. Sometimes, Mr Divvy, it’s nice to shake hands and do the right thing
