I have a six seater hot tub Mix. Right now its full of leaves and a few spiders. Soon to be full of hot chicks. I guess they'll like my diamond encrusted Mankini and gold nipple tassles. But to win em over I'll serve em a steak and kidney pie and a Guiness. :)

I'm beginning to think that's how councils work and why I regularly have to dislodge my testicles from my nostrils after hitting the potholes which take about the same time to repair. :)

Only a personal thought Kingben, Because the whole planning thing was a bit of a mish-mash, I wouldn't be surprised if there's a plan in place to "Fast Track" the planning app. It would be good for all involved both companies and council alike.

Thanks for the mention Petty. However I have met DB on two occasions. Once when he came up 'Norf' to visit Wressle and take in a football game. And secondly when me and my wife were invited to visit him and his wife in Devon. The hospitality was great and the conversations comical and nostalgic. For someone who is not institutional my investment amongst and as well as other shareholders is huge. I have visited the asssets and been made welcome to visit and assess another. I like to think that UJO was given estimated NPV's when Brent was in the $30+ barrel range. Taken todays Brent price I DO think that UJO is way undervalued. Granted Fiskerton is producing. Wressle is a question mark and Biscathorpe is an 40% COS. I'm happy to hold, trust DB and know his heart is in the company, its future and for shareholder value. If I need to know more.. Hi Term, I don't think the strategy has failed, I think its more a case of the councils version of belt and braces. If they are wanting to visit the site, perhaps they are just checking to make sure Egdon are or have done what they claim, with referencing to Wressle. If they see that all angles have been covered then they may well feel differently. I still think these local councillors are punching above their weight though, and that the locals feel as though they have been left out. There are a number of wells, happily operating in Lincolnshire. Long forgotten by the locals and providing the local economy with revenue. One thing I find amusing is their concerns of pollution, Lincolnshire is the bread basket of the UK, but no one seems to complain about the amount of Nitrates and other fertiliser pollution that enters water courses. Sorry Spendapenny but its noted by many that your post's are glass half full but subtlety fully empty. Your price predictions and quotes seem to do nothing but want to scare new investors away or scare already invested in to selling. I may be wrong. But why mention low prices and drops then finish with Good Luck All, Hope so, news soon etc. Be positive or you may just need to sell to be happy :-)

My god, this share is soooo terrible, I just bought more. But that's my decision. Saying that people forget Fiskerton is by now pulling oil. And at $70 a pop now, not $33 as it was, more than double is how I like my ice creams too.

I trust me... and I know that the news flow to come will be good. ANY oil from ANYWHERE will do the company good. I would think both wells at Fiskerton will come online very soon. I used to follow Ian R Crane, but slamming conventional oil drills put me off. I have no problems him slamming fracking, but picking on oil companies who drill without fracking just pushes the ludicracy beyond comprehension. Its okay to drill in the North Sea, but not under a farmers field?

TO be homest guys, I personally think this is another "ooogh" lets have another cold war. We need another "boogieman" to keep the peasants in fear and in check. ISIS had the **** kicked out of them by Putin ( when we were supposed to be doing the same). So its a double whammy, bring back an old adversary to keep the armaments wheels churningand demonise Putin for helping Assad. Nice and clever tactics.
