Agree totally. Of course.where we all are at the moment waiting for the catalyst news that will propel us into stratosphere and seeing this TR1 isn't what we expect; we all ask ourselves, do they know something we don't? It turns out that most times the answer is something trivial.

Now, on the other hand, this TR1 may turned out to be a great buy opportunity and quite a "convenient" thing, may it not?

Exactly, Jdt1990! They need cash for a client in my opinion or to diversify onto other investments as we do.

I must say that having sold half of my position at 249 as I needed the cash temporarily somewhere else for a SAS job, this drop had me back in at 226ish. Conifer has been selling other stocks elsewhere as well, if I understood it rightly, so I doubt it is anything specific to do with AVCT; it could be one of their clients who needed cash and they had to sell a small position here, who knows! DYOR and IMHO
