The Government is dragging its feet - there will be no industry left by 2027 unless a decision comes "pronto".

CUPHALFULL - The low oil price and the strength of sterling may well provide the excuse for Labour to save face over any U-turn, with the result of local elections also in focus.

The UK and the rest of Europe (the willing as they call it) must be celebrating the US/Ukraine minerals deal, which potentially allows more time to build up their military capabilities.

Thats not great news, god only knows when the outcome of this consultation will be forthcoming.

Another great post DU - The conclusion from the Impact Statement must be an embarrassment to the writer. I cannot imagine that the financial impact to the Exchequer can be anywhere close to the numbers projected below.

The economic impact statement is totally false. Do those involved never revisit what they write. Surely this treatment of the industry cannot continue for another 3/4 years.
