A cracker DU, absolute cracker
WELL IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 24 HOURS
Over the moon getting the dewatering licence and seeing a 70%+ rise in the sp. Holders beware he will now grab the opportunity to get the money to finance the operation and that news will not be far away - Having sold out 150% higher I will watch with interest as George creams holders again. No (meaningful/commercial) gold has been found in the last 4 years and that will continue - so beware.
Me to DU I always read your output with great interest so please continue no matter the length.
A point raised in the past by posters has been the lack of any comment from NEO both at the time of the FO and in any of the subsequent updates. Could that be due to them having agreed to take their interest up to 87.5% should the need arise.
These have all issued updated notes this morning. Without fail Malcy will comment (probably) later today, just wonder if he will stick to his tenner target. The chap at the IC may also weigh in with his thoughts. With 5 (analysts/ journalists) covering the company in such a positive manner, one would expect a "through the roof" reaction in the share price.
I will go so far as to predict this may well come between 20/9/23 and 5/11/23 - WHY!
I will be in the middle of the ocean, somewhere between Vancouver and Singapore and unable to react to the news, JOG was supposed to pay for this trip (and an earlier one) - well maybe one day it will, if I live long enough, fingers crossed.

Please see my earlier post "George must be" your mention of "TV interviews" well these were all done before COVID. I reiterate "there is no meaningful/commercial gold to be found". I know that sounds like "sour grapes" because I have no shares, but it purely a genuine warning. Over and out.

I fully expected my investment in ANGS to be worthless a good few years back. "Saltfleetby is worth 4p a share" so GL informed -shareholders when it was acquired. So some hope was restored. Sound offered 1.5p when ANGS put itself open to offers, Salfleetby delivered gas, shares touched 2.8p, hope grew - sidetrack to boost production as gas prices rocketed. Costs spiralled, Borrowings ballooned at sky high interest rates, debts repaid, dividends this year all spouted by GL the presentation videos are still available- you just couldn't make this garbage up - Shareholders have been seriously mislead- So I am back to Plan A, holding a worthless investment. To top it off it is pouring down outside. RANT OVER

Done (again) I had removed the filter following the NEO F/O assuming (wrongly) the drivel would stop.
JS you need to settle down and make your mind up if you want to remain a shareholder or not. Currently, presumably depending on which way the wind is blowing, you jump from "we need a fund raise" to "sack AB" and then to "pay a dividend". For someone who supposedly has a large financial interest you are acting and posting in a child like manner and coming across as rather foolish.
They offered to buy out ANGS at 1.50p - Looked too low at the time, but perhaps they would not have screwed it up. ANGS never had enough funds to take Saltfleetby through to production. They borrowed at poor rates when rates were low and they compounded the problem by borrowing more, again at poor rates to complete the tricky sidetrack. Shareholders are now suffering with a destroyed sp and the prospects of Forrest dumping millions of shares on the market. Without really high gas prices they would not have survived they still might not and maybe 1.50p will not be available - backs to the wall time - AGAIN.
These are due on 27th July (4 weeks). Expecting a decent rise in the interim dividend (perhaps 3p) and a further share buy back program. Also expect analysts to move their sp targets (currently around 130p) significantly higher. CEO has reported in the press today that he expects gas prices to be elevated for quite a while.
