When the bear market comes and all these treasuries get liquidated this is going to give some real good entries on bitcoin. I think MSTR will be ok long term but all these ones that have purely been set up to capitalize on private investor fomo will disappear

There's a real risk of BTC going into price discovery and testing $130k. No BTC purchase yet.

So a reputable company like coinbase is going to partner with lenigas of all people who has set up a company to ride the crypto wave and pay himself a big wage. What's the market cap now sitting at and how much is Leni and the team going to get in remuneration ?

If there was some strength in the chart I wouldn't care about the shocker fundematals but confidence is gone here.

Don't listen to anyone on here. General rule of thumb is no one understands the market. People investing in these treasures are new to the crypto market as well.

The elephant in the room is that there is yet to be an RNS stating that they have bought BTC using the funds raised last week.

They may well have bought but surely they were not waiting for a pull back.

My thesis on the investment was to ride the wave up regardless of the fundamentals as when BTC moves this will move at a multiple. Things haven't worked out and time is running out in this cycle so took the £8k loss and put the remainder to work mainly in an altcoin on my watchlist which was way down and due a big bounce.

Not trying to fud here but if this starts to trade down at its BTC holdings it's going to be in trouble

In 5 years maybe 3-400k... I think after this bull market we have an extended bear longer than the previous ones. Maybe 2 years as opposed to the usual 1. So this cycle $175k with a bear market drawn down to 100k then we go up again.

The best thing investors can do if they want to re-coup losses is take the funds, open and account with Kraken, buy BTC, put it in cold storage and let it grow. Even buy some alts prior to the alt ETF approvals (if they get approved)

These treasury companies are a pure momentum play for the remainder of this cycle and the market seems to have lost faith here (Probably leni and maybe also Hewie (Good guy but I have you heard the interviews ?).

These treasuries are going to be a major narrative for the next bear market and will need to liquidate their BTC to pay back debt IMO.

BTC has been accumulating above 100k for around 7 weeks. Exchange volume isn't great but history points to this next move being the final leg up from the 15k lows on 2022.
