Indeed, and PW is well connected and familiar with The US and it’s huge Crypto user base.

It’s now over 3 full months since we launched in the US, so an update on traction would be welcome.

And potentially a dual listing…? This was the Catalyst for ARB in its magnificent run 3 years ago.

Potentially a lot of news pending, and as you rightly suggest, the run up to XMas could be very ‘illuminating’.

I can only see buys, and I note that only 870K traded has pushed this up 18%.

BTC having another push…..Remember, TAP makes money on volatility as customers trade on our platform.

Nothing has changed, news will arrive when it’s ready and I’m anticipating a significant re-rate when it does.

The statement in the September 2024 RNS suggested the $2Billion AUM would be under management DURING 2025, which suggests all in place and therefore our substantial revenues & profits will increase during the year.

It’s almost December 2024, it’s hardly a long wait from here, admittedly - it’s been a very long wait for some though.

Interesting in that they were all executed within the last 30 seconds of the trading day.

……and this tiny volume puts the stock up 7.32%.

This is an illiquid stock with the CEO holding 63%, so it moves quickly in either direction.

Mm’s need stock so will widen the spread and spook weak holders.

Once buyers return it’s difficult to fill a decent order so accept the volatility.

Wait for US rollout figures and plenty of other news forthcoming.

I think the point is substantial news could be announced at any time any day.

Trying to take a position after ‘The pipeline’ announcement will be at a significant premium to todays price I suspect.

All the major holders have simply increased their holdings whilst this has languished.

I’m fairly confident TAP users, having seen the vertical rise in Aquis Listed shares are witnessing rapid adoption of the platform therefore driving XTP.

This in turn will attract investors & the growth cycle continues.

Well, TAP is currently 3.4p and clearly there is a great deal of potential moving forward, user numbers are growing rapidly and revenue is increasing so we’re seeing a very positive reaction to the SP.

We can all mitigate risk along the way and if PW and the BOD are vesting 25% at 50p at some point I’d imagine we’d all have made very handsome profits along the way and sitting on a free carry.

Buyers arriving at a SP of 50p will no doubt see a compelling business opportunity, perhaps TAP will become the Crypto Version of Revolut - their strap line is “ We change the way you do Money”.

Revolut now have 45M customers - from little Acorns and all that.

Needs to consolidate a bit.

With significant share price targets attached to the BOD’s vesting incentives there will certainly be some interesting news in the weeks & months ahead.

I also wonder how many investors will also support their Company by purchasing XTP…..the Broker Note suggests a ‘flywheel effect’….worth reading the report.

That’s a rather simple observation.

PW built ARGO into a substantial Company, listed on the NASDAQ, increased the value of the business 1000 fold, obtained funding & developed HELIOS for $100M.

The fact that during the latter phase of this period Crypto experienced a severe downturn was hardly foreseen and is irrelevant in my opinion.

However, the fact remains, He built a hugely formidable business - hindsight is another matter - but the experience will serve him all the better this time around.

Takenorisk - I only mentioned it as the print was delayed, the MM’s trying to avoid too much activity in a stock with little freefloat.

I haven’t mentioned a number of my other substantial buys in the mid 0.8p range if that makes you feel more comfortable.

I suppose there always a degree of satisfaction building a decent stake in a Company that’s off the radar ( partly a function of being listed on Aquis) for it then to suddenly become of interest.

my top-up buy did show at 2.79p in blue, it was printed about an hour after i bought.

i’ve built a decent holding here and think it has great potential so the isa holding will stay locked away.

personally, i think peter wall is a great appointment, he’s very savvy & a great ‘front man’, which tap needs.

****n torosian is very techy, extremely bright & has developed something brilliant but we need someone like peter to propel the company.

his vesting targets will focus his efforts & in time carry investors to some transformative profits.

My 250K buy at 2.79p not printed so they’ll show it as a sell in 50 mins…….

He’s certainly seen the ups and downs of Crypto and specifically Bitcoin.

Knows everyone in the business.
