I note todays Trading update was delivered by AT, our CEO, and great news that this Company is going cash positive so early on in its development, I do love AT’s very careful eye on cash flow & overheads, as he mentioned in the interview with PW, it’s why TAP is still here whilst many others have disappeared.

Interested to know what our Chairman, PW will announce next.

This is a massive Company in the making, built & guided by very gifted, talented and prudent leadership, it’s a simple buy & hold.

Plus there’s very little freefloat, so make sure to hold!

I was interested to note that Fiinu PLC, a Fintech Company surged over 1500% in a day last week on the news it had signed a deal with a UK bank.

I note its MCap is now circa £20M.

TAP, a Fintech Crypto Exchange, could easily have a ‘super surge’ moment, they are laying some serious global foundations for their ‘super app’ and freefloat is so low that a big news announcement will squeeze the bejesus out of the stock……

AT & PW must be pretty confident of getting the Share Price to PW’s 15,30 & 50p vesting options.

Maybe it’s me, but 1500% of our current SP is circa 15p.

Another big contract announcement will see momentum start to build here, I’m continuing to build a decent holding here.

SK is doing everything right, just be confident and remain patient, could be a very hefty return from these levels.

For their product is simply enormous, 11 Billion litres of fuel, per DAY.

Plus, they’ve added their product for use in the “Demulsification” market.

With an ever expanding patent footprint the Potential here is simply incredible.

Personally, I don’t think the market has reacted well to the RNS on the 23rd December 2024, not just the pushing back of the accounts , but omitting the “£2Bn under AUM in 2025” and in fact, there was a little splurge about forward looking statements.

So, the question is whether to add more and ‘hope’ this was just a “opportunity missed” to mollify extremely patient shareholders , or whether it was deliberate and building AUM is tougher than envisaged.

With The Institutions given the opportunity to add at this point swiftly taken in a private placement then demand on the open market will grow strongly.

I can see some significant gains over the coming days & weeks.

PW has vesting interests for 30M Shares, why would he buy any more?

When his first tranche vest at 15p, it will be deemed he’s doing a good job.

When his final tranche vest at 50p, we’ll all be very pleased with his performance.

TAP is an easy hold whilst the business scales…..Globally!!

Mine (a lot) are tucked up in the ISA and I’ll have a look in 12 months and see how they’re doing.

I may trade a few on my other account, easy to add on dips.

User number’s continue to grow, and they’ll start to ramp up at some point.

You mention ARB, but I’m referring to ARgo Blockchain, the Bitcoin Miner.

They dual listed back in 2022 when their share price was 5p, US Companies at the time had valuations 80 times Argo’s MCap, for similar mining capacity.

Within 6 months from ARB dual listing the share price was nudging 300p.

I recall it well.

The Company doesn’t have to accept an offer, and at the current valuation the BOD would only consider something many multiples from where we are.

The Volume over the last sessions has increased substantially which makes one wonder if something is going on behind the scenes.

There are certainly a number of UK Companies being picked off currently.

All you do is post negative comments and so far that’s accumulated a grand total for you of 15 posts. There’s no balance, just your own agenda.

I note today fairly low volume but rapid upward pressure on the BID, the last small 13K Buy ( under £400) attracted 2.9P paid, and the next MM asking 3.1p.

So, one can easily determine that’s their very little free float, this has the potential to move up extremely rapidly on specific news.

Perhaps that’s why our recent Chairman has vesting interests at 15,25 & 50p.

The BoD know the potential, The Cryptospace is continually becoming legitimised by the Likes of Blackrock, ETF’s etc etc so a Company the likes of TAP with first mover advantage is in an enviable position, the market will catch on…….

CSG - You mention ARB……The market took a while to re-evaluate this miner at 5p, when in the USA valuations were 100 fold, but it didn’t take long for the market to correct that, and we went from 5p to 300p in 8 weeks.

I remember that rather well.
