Have really blown what little reputation they had. Companies are now issuing RNS’s to tell the market they are rid of them & their SP launches North!!! I recall Align Research tweeted a big increase in Argo Blockchain Holding, I’m selling up!!!

If you recall, Lithium prices took a tumble in 2018 as did BCN share price from a high of £1.41. So we decided to plop everything on hold for 12 months. Black Rock got bored & sold out so we fell from a steady 85p to sub 20p. All our other big institutional investors are holding tight. You may have noticed that Lithium is now very much ‘in Vogue’ and we have a lot of it, wedged in some clay, which makes it the cheapest Lithium to extract. 5 Million Tonnes at Sonara. At 25p, or an MCap of circa £30M is laughable, as it will be proven shortly that Zinnwald is worth more alone. Furthermore, it’s been stated numerous times that funding news is due in Q2. We’re a third of the way into Q2.

Would be a good launchpad for tomorrow. 27p gone btw.

And starting to move. These were £1.41 in Jan 2018 and still the same stock issue of 134M shares. 5 Million Tonnes Of Lithium about to be unlocked? And that’s just 1 play.

It would be quite helpful for all those investors at both presentations tomorrow to witness a steadily climbing share price - or are we witnessing some coming aboard prior to proceedings? Mr 25K has some orders in it seems.

I’m still convinced that there won’t be an equity raise sub 90p. We’re dealing with the Japanese here, all honour & much bowing- Hanwa bought 10% of BCN at 87p. They’ve recently increased their offtake agreement at Sonara from 5 - 10 years. It’s possible that they may have raised significant funds to enable production, we’ve witnessed a 50 Billion Yen loan drawn down by Hanwa - for ‘something’ or ‘things’. It’s been stated a funding update in Q2. 2 presentations tomorrow, London & Germany. And PS will honour our Japanese friends with fair value prior to tapping into the market for more funds. News incoming & I note buying too.

Sentiment can turn in an instant. WE know that BCN is on the cusp of transformational news & we wait patiently for the announcements to begin. Lithium is getting regular global coverage & ‘Countries’ not just Companies, are staking their claims to Lithium deposits. I can assure anyone that 5 Million Tonnes Of Lithium in the lowest extract cost clay deposits hasn’t gone unnoticed. And that fact that a London listed junior holds this when funding news is announced will make headline news.

The presentations on May 2nd will contain new information for the attendees to help grab their attention? Also, market psychology suggests investors feel a greater urgency to invest into a rising stock. On that basis I would like some further news tomorrow or 07:00 Thursday 02nd May. Upward momentum combined with heavy investment into an illiquid stock could put us back to fair value in a matter of days.

Date Will depend on subscriber uptake of Tally.

A high volume of subscribers will indicate the vast global & rapidly scalable potential of the product & therefore an increase in Value.

The Align tweet enabled a big top-up at a great price. Who’s Align anyway, a couple of guys in a bedsit.

This sort of behaviour will backfire, pumping a stock then leaping out whilst pretending to be ‘experts’. I will now sell out of any stock Align is involved with as they have ‘played their hand’. Not Warren Buffet style investors, just short termists, at holders expense.

My wife holds certs as hers were in an ISA & she didn’t have a trading account so they issued the certificate, she received a letter to vote, which she did.
I hold a lot of stock which was moved to my trading account and morphed with my LION holding there.

I didn’t receive any correspondence either by post or via my broker to vote.

Which is a bit odd. And a tad unprofessional.

BCN has Simultaneous presentations in London & Germany in less than a week. In my experience buyers will start scaling back in beforehand on the basis of anticipation of news, and when the price rises more will join. The Lithium space is certainly ‘Hot’ & BCN are sitting on a big, cheap to extract, pile of it. Low liquidity & plenty of newsflow around the corner could see a substantial squeeze for stock.
