Yes, I agree, helps the employees that joined the scheme early on with a £10.00 SP. I am looking forward to the mid year update, the new business won at better margins particularly. Plus the uptake in their water offering. There’s a lot going on here & I see buying pressure from the start of July, a few weeks before results.

Personally I think the options are too low, and it sends an underlying message to the market, so I expect a short term drop over the next few days. I’ve kept some powder dry for a bargain top-up. I do however hope the employees that have joined the scheme see a share price back above £10.00 in the future, now that would be rewarding for them.

By Mid-July you’ll have your answer as Yu. Historically announces a trading update at this time, to take in the full half year. You will then note how much existing contracted revenue & new revenue for H1 is included in the update. The Company will also give an indication of full year revenues for 2019, plus what is forward booked for 2020.

It’s an ssumption based on 65% of the business they won during 2018. My own opinion, based on reduction in volume but increase in staff, and the addition of Water, to upsell to existing clients plus new business.

I’m basing the £140M on £88M in place by Dec 2018. £52M new business won during 2019, this is at circa 50% reduction to the monthly Revenue win rate of £8.4 Million during 2018, as stated from The ‘Growth’ section of the final accounts. But with a potential increase of a further 240 employees during 2019 ( From vacancies section of 20 per month) I still feel the £140M will conservative - but we will

Good morning. Revenue for 2018 was £80,635 Million. Forward booked revenue, on 31st Dec 2018 for 2019 as mentioned in the final results, 5th highlighted point on page 1 was £88 Million. Revenue was £4M in 2015. Revenue in 2019 is likely to be in excess of £140M, even on conservatist estimates and allowing for smaller contracts with higher margin. But I agree, it’s a long term hold to generate real value from dividends. That’s why I’m investing what I can afford to now.

Yu. Had £88M Of forward contracted revenues for 2019 in December 2018. It’s nearly 6 months since we have had an update on 2019 revenues but they have averaged a further increase of 120 staff since then, many of them sales related. It states in the Job description that many of their clients spend over £1M on their energy. The average monthly revenue Win was £7.3M so one May assume a further £43.9M of business since Dec 2018. They wouldn’t be ‘averaging’ 20 new staff members per month if they weren’t significantly increasing the business, & The CFO wouldn’t be buying £53K worth of stock. Total revenues to date could therefore be around £130M, but let’s allow a reduction of ‘wins’ against a new policy of ‘improving margins’ Either way, it’s all good, but after the affairs relating to an £11.00 drop in the share price, the market is being Uber cautious.

On the 24th Paul Rawson paid 161p for 33,503 shares & Bobby was happy to buy his at 207p on the 16th May. With 2018 revenue at £80M & 2019 contracted revenue at £88M on 31st Dec 2018 there’s going to be an Uber positive update on 2019 revenues. Cash is growing, £16.5M in April & no debt.
