Plop £95,000 into a Micro Cap stock without good reason, or knowledge.

Could be an interesting close today.

The 200K, plus 2x 100K all at 1.5389 are my buys.

I’m continuing to build a position.

Good research on Oxilio btw.

Has got a big hoover out.

2 x 250, 9.1 & 9.2p.

Warming up nicely.

Topped up another 200K at 1.539 showing as a sell.

Always hard buying a big chunk of stock that everybody is cheesed off with, but sentiment will turn in an instant when the first deal gets signed.

Then the anticipation for the next one, NXP002 maybe, they say that things come in 3’s.

All Small Caps suffer a liquidity problem at this time of year, thin trading & high volatility are normal, but it’s hard for investors to see hefty red numbers in their portfolios.

Alpha is growing fast & the story is unfolding, with tier 1’s aboard the AUM trajectory will accelerate.

It’s often the case that these boards become frustrated & negative when peeps are sitting on hefty losses but ALGW is one of those stocks that can move like lightening given the small freefloat, and trying to buy when news is announced is very difficult.

Accumulate when it’s quiet & unloved.

She’s worked for a number of the major Pharma’s & has a formidable reputation for achieving her goals.

She will deliver here in her remaining term, the 6 months that was announced.

I note a 1 Million share buy at 09:37 & suspect others think our assets are way undervalued currently.

So Carlyle & Philip Morris are in a bidding war to acquire Vectura, their bids have pushed Vectura’s MCap to over £1Billion.

They are still trying to outbid one another.

Vectura specialises in Inhalation, bringing inhaled medicines to Market.

So far, they have brought 13 inhaled medicines to Market which have generated sales of $11 Billion.

In 2020, these products were used by 10 Million people.

Carlyle & Philip Morris know the potential & growing demand for Inhaled drugs, especially following Covid.

Covid Causes Fibrosis.

NFX has a Global patent & a US patent for NXP002, a repurposed new form of drug Tranilast for, wait for it, a novel inhaled treatment for IPF - Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.

Once the market starts connecting the dots this could go mental, it’s unloved and everyone is cheesed off, so I’ve buying loads.

Be greedy when others are fearful and all that.

Just look at the facts & potential value of our lead asset!!

The ‘fantastic results’ was taken from our CEO in a recent interview on Directors talk, google it & have a listen to the whole interview, it explains a lot about where we are, & where we are heading.

Agreed that many lab tests & results will be required but this is no longer a binary bet, NUVEC works.

For my own ‘investment analysis’ I feel the risk rationale has changed for the better.

The fact that we’ve signed 2 MTA’s in different sectors, Genome & Vaccine, and the Company indicating they are in talks with other Companies regarding further MTA’s, but would ‘prefer to move to Collaborations’ following ‘fantastic results’ using NUVEC carrying a smaller payload…..

Meanwhile the clock ticks down on European Coverage (& US) for our Patent.

I think buying any amount of this stock is going to be hard work once the newsflow starts to roll in, and the potential MCap for N4P is mind boggling.

IMO.

everyone holding for some potentially tremendous returns, NUVEC at a Pivotal moment & the market slowly catching on.

Of all my investments I believe that N4P has serious multibagging potential.

10.10p paid - this moves very quickly with little stock in freefloat.

Fundraise at 6p, which was a 20% discount from the share price at the time.

Under 5p is a steal & this Company is doing all the right things in an industry in high demand.

Interesting 12 months ahead for investors I believe.

It’s why the Patents are being rolled across multiple jurisdictions.

Once the patent protection is in place for our Product negotiations will begin in earnest.

Patenting a product is an expensive process & the only reason to do it is to protect it, because it’s valuable.

Buy & wait.

The returns could be phenomenal.

I built a large position in ARB when it was unloved at 6p, and made a fortune in a few months.
This is in a different field but has similar multibagging potential, I have built a big position here & I shall hold for big returns.

Yes, great update & clearly gaining traction across all sales channels.

I’m perfectly happy Amazon will come online with LoveHemp Q1 2022, we should be comfortably listed on The Main Market by then.

A lot to look forward to here, liquidity is tight so expect some big moves as peeps try to acquire stock.

Here is that our very highly Esteemed CEO has been offered a superb job elsewhere.

She’s worked for numerous Pharma & Biotec Companies throughout her 30 year career, Glaxo, AstraZeneca etc etc & has been headhunted for this new position.

NFX is tiny & with limited funds, but she’s staying on for a further 6 months to see though what she has started.She would never have stayed for long but she has a great history of bringing products to market, & 6 months will see this through.

It’s 4 months since the £1.5M fundraise at 2p (oversubscribed) to invest in the products we are developing, obtain more data & make them more valuable & attractive to out license.

My view is that today’s announcement has been leapt on by the MM’s and the nervous have sold when in fact, the most value in this Company could well take place from this point through to Xmas.

As she said in her interview with Zac, on 10th June, the key message is that ‘They are delivering on the strategy’ …& they will communicate data later in the year’

£1.5M raised at 2p, so plenty of cash to see development phase completed and the fact that the CEO is staying on for 6 months having being offered a mega position is very telling.

Have bought plenty at this very low price.

Agreed it’s Hard for existing shareholders
To see the SP at this level but there’s plenty of good news to come I believe.

Very happy to keep adding here, the freefloat is being swallowed up, this moves easily on a bit of news, once on the Main Market it will coincide with good Sales figures & it will lift off properly.

I’ve been buying quite a lot of Love Hemp products, great prices & very quick delivery, the product is great too.

I’ve sold down on my Zoetic holding & increased here as I feel the product is better here whilst the MCap is significantly lower.
