I think I would go back into it (as a medium term investment)... if we see below 800p again... anyway.. at the moment I can only see this dropping for now. I've been in and out 3 times in this year. Really should have bought in at 786p but have money tied up in QPP shares..

same thing happened with RMG the thing is the market looks forward not back.. what is coming up, 2-3% interest rates within a year or two, massive oil and gas price spikes from the wars and global conflict... what do you think that is going to do to inflation? Yes it will be going up.. getting finance to construct will be harder..

mate, increasing interest rates is a strong sell sign for housebuilders or anything to do with them ... construction too! You've had a good run, probably best to get out now. I'm not holding AHT shares at the moment but would be really reluctant.. bear in mind this share was 786p only a month ago! On no bad news.

its down to 977 already. Look at my prediction for CAR share, it was spot on, only 1 month off in timing.

avg price to earnings ratio is 17:1, this share has a lot further to fall, 3 month chart tells all.

I think they will RAISE it. Future AZN drugs will be worth billions. Daily Telegraph says we shouldnt give up our shares for less then 100 GBP!

my understanding is that Pfizer can increase their bid until 27th May, after which point they cant for 6 months.

Obvious this will happen, bought these shares at 4200p this morning just bounced off 4400p Daily Telegraph says the shares are worth 100 GBP each! (if new drugs taken into account)

come on guys, you can see the downward trend since this was in the 900s, this is a bubble deflating..dow jones opens at 13:30pm GMT, you have until then to get out, house builders are all DOWN, interest rates are going to be going UP, you can see the signs, this is heading towards 750p the SMA of 200 days (the WMA and EMA are for bullish scenarios, and this is a bearish one)
