I have watched TRR Grow its asset book with really good Royalties on good Iron Ore assets in Australia.Cooper assets in Zambia .Gold assets in Australia and Lithium asset in USA. As I have said before,TRR management have managed to also get Orion Resource Partners, a global alternative investment management firm with approximately $6.3 billion under management has managed to get this institutional investor on board.they own 6% of TRR Shares and are also a deal generator for TRR.

If TRR Directors /Management keep momentum up in 2021-22 of doing medium to large royalty deals as they have already started doing in our company's first year. they will have deserved their wages. TRR has also partnered with Orion Resource Partners for royalty and financial deal making,brilliant move by our management.Orion Resource Partners also has a 6% stake in shares of TRR . Copper.Iron ore.Gold & lithium price all up today.Its not just about assets in production,although that is an important part to TRR.When the price of commodity's on a TRR asset that's not in production yet goes up.then any Royalty on said asset goes up tooo & adds wealth to TRR assets. Also TRR Directors/management has got Orion on board as a TRR investor & project generator, that bring good deals TRR way. Actually that large sell on close,is a ordinary delayed Trade . So that one trade could of been done at any time,not necessary at end of today.

Thanks Cachcer for the latest link to Trident Royalties CEO Adam Davidson.He keeps investors up to date on a regular basis.Good PR. I think I heard him says he is going to do a 1hr Webinar in next week or two to explain each asset etc. as the asset portfolio grows the company will use debt against assets in our company's portfolio to do deals. so no or very little share dilution in future deals.The Company directors have shares and don't want to dilute.

Completion of Acquisition
Further the announcement earlier today, Trident Royalties Plc (AIM:TRR, FSX:5KV), the growth-focused mining royalty and streaming company, is pleased to announce that the acquisition of a 60% interest in an existing gross revenue royalty over the Thacker Pass Lithium Project operated by Lithium Americas Corp (NYSE: TSX: LAC) from an Orion Mine Finance Fund has now completed.

The dilution is not a problem at the currant low amount out & we now have a huge USA Lithium royalty asset. If the company was not looking after the company or investors best interest.They could of just given every investor the amount they wanted and flooded the market with shares.which would of done long-term damage & only benefits day traders. They did say there was only going to be small amount of new shares to be fairly distributed to private investors.Once the Royalty Book is built out enough. No the Company will not use shares to raise cash once the Royalty book is built out.the company will be able to use company assets as collateral to borrow cash. I am not a day trader & very happy with all at team TRR.

This Shows prudent Management of TRR. Only having enough shares for the deal etc. Brilliant new asset bought & in Nevada USA. Lithium Americas...LAC on TSX $19.94 a share. LAC is focused on developing the 100%-owned Thacker Pass project (TRR New acquisition of a 60% interest in an existing gross revenue royalty. Currently, the largest known lithium resource in the United States.

The beauty of Royalties. Copper price doing well, same with the Iron Ore & Gold assets.The price of commodities going up will add value to the company even if its not in production yet. The Value of the Royalty asset its self increases up or down with price movements of course. I don't think investors in UK understand how Royalty company's work. It should be a win win for a company like TRR, If the price of a metal Commodity's go down.then it should become cheaper to buy a Royalty. All IMO only of course & DYOR.

Goldman Sachs raised its Brent crude price forecast by $5 to $75 a barrel in the second quarter and $80 a barrel in the third quarter of this year. UBS raised its Brent forecast to $75 a barrel and WTI to $72 in the second half of 2021.I saw last night a report on media that oil could even go as high as $90 a barrel. Don't forget back in the day oil was $150 a barrel. Of course higher oil prices = Global Inflation.

35 wells to drill on UOG Egyptian asset,latest well drilled apparently already in production & the company is or has already moved on to the next target to drill.In my opinion only of course.Most, if not all 35 wells will be producing wells. This company is a little diamond in Oil & Gas listed company's at this share price . The company's other good assets from the North Sea to Jamaica.
