SWC are showing the way forward, it can’t be difficult for this board of Directors to follow their lead?! Can it??

Momentum is everything when you have such a small market cap, updating the market is key, and still we wait for the BTC purchase.

Olivia Edwards clearly states in the original RNS-

"The early success of pioneers such as Smarter Web Company and Metaplanet shows that thoughtful Bitcoin treasury management can strengthen the balance sheet and signal technological leadership. We intend to follow a similarly prudent path as we execute Cel AI's growth plans," said Olivia Edwards, Board Chair.

So in keeping with this strategy they are following there is no reason to not RNS the purchase of BTC!

Unless, of course! The Directors are still buying? Another TR1 incoming maybe? But that would insider trading, knowingly holding back the BTC purchase!

Either way Olivia Edwards needs to update the market. Creeping along at a snails pace does no one any favor's!

I agree, waiting for Directors funds to be available tomorrow has pushed back the purchase of BTC!

If we don’t convert £ to BTC tomorrow I would certainly expect an RNS on Monday to say transaction complete.

Over the last 4 trading sessions there has been a large seller in the background shifting blocks of 1m/2m shares at a time, it’s been relentless all day!

Let’s hope they clear out soon so we can have some daylight ahead when the BTC purchases RNS.

Onetheup, why do you feel the need to come on here and pick holes in a share that you are clearly not invested and have no intentions by the sounds of it?

I expected to see a 30% drop in revenue given the situation, 20% is a huge improvement.

Why wouldn’t Yu take advantage of kicking the tax can down the road? Every business up and down the country will of done the same!

IMO a second lockdown won’t be so severe, the government will try to keep the lockdowns regional as they spot the breakout areas. Mass lockdowns of the entire economy are unlikely.

Plus we will have new testing capabilities soon from the likes of Avacta which can be used for mass screening, this in itself will be a game changer when it comes to the UK economy.

Of course IMO, GL today.

We already knew about the drop in revenue but it’s actually less than thought!

Totally agree Sparky, What’s the hold up with H1 results? Yu need to get a grip on the numbers and get them out in the public domain. They need something to light a fire under this share, to say it’s gone stagnant is an understatement......The BOD need to sharpen up a bit and give us patient share holders the update!

I’m surprised there’s not more buying pressure heading into these results, I’m expecting a good H1 considering the challenges faced.

It’s quite clear there is an order being filled here, today I could sell 40k shares all day long....the MM’s are loading up on cheap selling under £1...if we hold they will have to put the bid up, too many happy to part with their shares at the moment. I believe it’s all PI’s taking profit, this will pop soon.

Tr1 soon will be a big buy.

Ontheupandup, I’m with Sparky you have another motive for bashing Yu Group. For someone who’s not invested you have a lot say, jog on pal....maybe you have some great investments elsewhere that you need to focus on.
