IDOX wins Local Government Review contracts worth more than £1.6 million
IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX), the supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, has won contracts worth £1.65 million to supply its Land and Property information systems to the newly created unitary authorities of Cornwall and Central Bedfordshire.
The two contracts, won in open tenders, run for five and seven years respectively and will begin with the integration of Land and Property data from the ten constituent councils of which the new authorities are composed.
Cornwall Council's contract is worth £0.65 million over five years, with Central Bedfordshire signing up for a seven-year contract worth £1.0 million.
They follow the successful delivery and implementation of a similar IDOX system at another newly created unitary authority, Shropshire Council, worth £0.3 million.
