I was just curious and am very happy we have a new major share holder.

One major share holder (Tulip) reduces thier holding by 430 million shares and a new share holder (UJO) buys 430 million. Doesn't absorb new shares.

Suspect some of the previous sells were actually buys too.

I can't help thinking what the SP would have done back in April if instead of this RNS

We had been given this RNS

"The FCA have offered the Company a place on their Innovations Pathway programme, an initiative designed to support financial services firms in launching innovative products and services, which the Company is pleased to accept."

I expect the SP would have shot up just the same. Therefore, as this is exactly what was announced on Friday, I've added 20% and am very pleased to have done so. I'm already well over 10% up on what i bought Friday and others have discussed, I expect GST will give us more in the next few days.

I prefer to read what it actually states.

"As an alternative the FCA have offered the Company a place on their Innovations Pathway programme, an initiative designed to support financial services firms in launching innovative products and services, which the Company is pleased to accept."

"Under the FCA Innovation Pathway programme, the Company will be provided with a dedicated FCA case officer, with a comprehensive range of support services, designed to assist GST to further develop the appropriate path for the progression of its stablecoin plans. I can only think that we must have been so close to being accepted for the Sandbox, that the FCA offered us the Innovation Pathway without the need to apply for it, and have / will continue to support us in bringing our product to market. Potentially without the need for Sandbox testing at all. One could assume this is a better outcome and path to market than we were on before. Always remembering of course that to assume anything could make an ass out of u and me 😊

We're on a pathway, guided by the FCA to launch the product. It's just not the one we were expecting.

Note the last sentence
