It's a relative term...a Freudian slip? But even then we're not sure of the context he had in mind (Ie Divi's are usually 1-5%ish and if you're holding at 1p average 10p would be massive), but imo he used the term relative to the current situation and all holders, so even those with higher ave's would still get a 'massive' return.
Btw, I'm finding it a bit strange that some are saying a full sale would have been Ypence but the divi will be Zpence.
Based on current info "significantly all" is all, bar maybe the old office address, tailings, the canteen etc
We still don't know if we have a sale for sure, but if/when it completes I'm certain it will be - as we anticipated months ago - essentially a full sale of all 'existing assets' (ie as they were at the start of the FSP) and therefore no difference on expected return, other than EUA will continue in another guise.
