I have zero interest in getting involved in an argument, I don't come here for that, so genuine question...how do we RTO without dilution?

I know the hope is (and would have been the case last time) that whilst there will be many more shares in issue, the new total mcap would give a premium to existing holders, albeit still diluted?

Looks like I, and a few others, should have voted afterall, and not just sat on our hands. Oops.

Not unusual to get a bit of a 'protest' vote, but for new shares to actually be voted down shows a level of discontent. I think much of it relates to the Bod helping themselves to free/cheap shares, rather than the actual RTO. Maybe a new proposition clearly stating for which purposes a request for new shares (ie capital/RTO) would be allowed might get voted through.

Agreed, that £400k+ will cover most of the costs this time around (avoiding more CLN's).

However, given we spent over £500k acquiring it, another £350k in development/exploration cost and Gold price has nearly doubled since, I thought we might have got more, if I'm being honest?

Looks like we are also looking to offload Uranium. With China's drive for Nuclear power and warhead expansion, and Kyrgyzstan's proximity, that shouldn't be too difficult imo. Just hope we get decent value for it.

Could have 'averaged down' (chase my losses), but thought additional monies might be better invested elsewhere.

Still confident I'll get it back, and possibly with profits, but zero idea when that might be. Lucky I don't HAVE to retire any time soon.

Well, Chris helped himself to over £200k last year, Rolf likewise. Not bad for - effectively - doing nothing.

Sitting on Gold, that's flying, same with Uranium. We're told RTO 2.0 is happening so I'm still holding out for that.

The financial report isn't comfortable reading (especially the bit where the board justify their remuneration on share price increase last year!) and would indicate a raise is on the cards unless funding or an asset sale materialises.

There's still value here and I'm hoping the directorship changes have brought a refocus. But, no gonna lie, I am starting to get 'Gravy train' vibes here.
