If the conclusion of the SR is to sell the company, how long will it take for them to reach that conclusion? 4 months and counting; and before anyone tries to explains the corporate process to me, think about it logically. How long should it really take once you strip away the BS.

The things they award themselves for with options is laughable. Basically if they do the bare minimum of what they are payed to do, they get options awarded.

Why would you be in a rush? They might have to get e real job afterwards.

The company now need to communicate something to shareholders, even if its just to say the SR is progressing to schedule.

Bubble, I know what the "experts" say about copper, the point I'm making is they have been saying it for well over a decade now. And according to what they said then we should already be in huge under supply now.
It's called fossil fuel because oil comes from fossils that have turned into oil after thousands of years. How's that for organic?

Copper will still be in demand, no matter what; urbanisation in the developing world cannot be turned back, neither will population growth slow anytime soon obviously the green movement helped with the copper projections but they have been talking up this copper sweet spot for years.

A lesson from BP today.
They scaled back their plan to cut 40% of oil production by 2030 to about 25%.
They basically went back to doing what it said on the tin and the market loved it.They finally realised to make money they need to do what they do.
If Solg realised that, they could have sold this years ago for more money.

I would say the whole board post 2016 coukd recieve a C minus. I would have given them A minus between 2013- 2016.

I think the Italian is spot on. A major could have bought this at anytime . Mather even hinted years ago that if the offer was right they would listen.

Just in the same way you get disruptors who are here to course trouble and are referred to as derampers, I often think that Red might actually be here to ramp.
To be that excited by the smallest things and see positives in absolutely everything is truly amazing, if genuine.
Imagine what he would have been like as a kid in the build up to Christmas.

I don't like the way they talked up various drilling campaigns over the years, with talk of 10 rigs etc drilling at once, only to go quiet on everything once it was clear there was nothing of interest there.
We would be left guessing about what happened and where all the drills went.
It's like we need to bring in Columbo to actually work out what happened and where we are or aren't drilling.
No doubt Fortissimo will suggest we are just ill informed investers because he's in the know on everything obviously, but I feel it's all left a bad taste.

If this is sold soon and we only achieve a small premium on current share price, you have to say Nick and the board got it totally wrong. We could have sold this 5 years ago for the same money.
