Yes less shares in issue would be less div to pay along with less interest. Would leave smaller pot for divs to be shared between. Should mean more div for remaining holders. Plus BP are looking to increase div around 4% annually

Mcap is total value of shares in circulation, so changes on a regular basis according to sp. Debt is not added to mcap. Also you have enterprise value which is a different way to value the enterprise with debt included.

I would have thought streaming deal or releasing more equity would have similar effect either way you raise money you will always have to give something away. Ultimately the mines with need to be built and someone will need to pay for it going to production or not it won't be solg funding it from their own funds that would probably cover the coffee's
