Hi Andrew,
In the past there have been several disrupters on this board, one was called Cappa , who has since changed his guise on several occasions to continue the disruption. The board can sometimes be a bit sensitive if they don’t trust that you are genuine.
If you are a genuine investor, then welcome.
Please don’t be put off by any negativity, as we need new investors to be encouraged to continue and have faith in the company.
The IRP provides for 513MW of battery storage in 2022. That bid will be released in September.
Hi, Loudspeaker, thanks for posting article. Do we know if Bushveld will be involved in the above mentioned bid?
Maybe PW should get some credit. I am sure he would admit to making mistakes, and with benefit of hindsight would do things differently. There are a lot on here who criticise him with the benefit of hindsight. The crypto sector is new and risky, we should all know that at least.
If we accept crypto/Bitcoin is going to have further adoption then PW was correct to manoeuvre the company to benefit from this, unfortunately this has come at a time when certain macro events have made this a bumpier road than we expected.
Onwards and upward.
Chaebol - that was just for you.
SD has took some stick on this board from some that didn’t understand, me included, the position he had been left in. He has a very good background and reputation and won’t want that tarnished by Sandeep and their games. They will play nasty, and GH knew what was coming. He hand picked SD for the job, totally convinced now that we are in good hands.
In to the end. GLA.
Sorry Chaebol, must have got it wrong, I thought you were in favour of Hut8 as they didn’t mine in Texas, and though that Clearspark had a good strategy of buying mining machines at low prices. Sorry for any confusion.
Numpty, agree good interview obviously aimed at new investors.
I am hopeful that now FM has steadied the ship, moving forward as the company recorded results improve so will the comms and hence the SP.
Restored a bit of faith we are in good hands.
Duke, AB, I have also suggested this to Argo, got a reply that they were not interested in this at present, but they certainly have BMNs contact details. Suspect they are fully aware of energy storage capabilities and have decided against it for now.
Harchris, I recognise your name from BMN board also. Much has been said on here about the Texas facility having to reduce energy consumption from the grid at certain times. Would this be something that could be resolved (at least to some extent) by energy storage? Is the technology sufficient?
The Texas development and build out was always going to encounter teething problems, which I would expect to take a few months to resolve fully. Surely this understandable dip in performance is better to be encountered when BTC is at lows rather than marching on. Imagine what Spagbol would be saying if BTC were at $60k and we were missing out!, whilst other miners, etc, etc!!
Excellent news, funding achieved without dilution. PW and team have done well to obtain this funding, at a reasonable interest rate given BTC volatility over last few months. Don’t listen to Chaebol, he knows his days of making money shorting this are coming to an end.
Well done PW.
