My take on it pre covid price was around 10 pound per share giving a mcap of 5.2b with 590m shares. Add to that 500m shares ri plus 420m shares from the silent convertible participation giving a new total shares of 1.510b which if you divide by the pre covid mcap of 5.9b gives you a fully recovered share price of 3.91 per share. So basically with dilution old price of 10 pounds a share = 3.91 per share. We could really do with knowing what the offer is I assume one for every one held and the terms of the silent participation so we can make an informed decision.
