does any one fell the same - the night before looking forward to something positive waking up then getting knocked back ,,, with smoke and mirrors and nothing really useful why put a part of the findings out ...... yes i can see a placing soon of some sort even to just pay GR back the only revenue we could have in the near future GR has grab as a guarantee against a loan his loan - when he raised the ceiling he should have been given shares to cover the loan - that would be linked to performance why why he didn't - someone need to take control of this company and make some key decisions soon - ABOUT TIME WE STATED TO PROTECT OUR INVESTMENTS instead of watch it get taken away

The latest RHA update does not make good reading and going forward does not from the figures and based on all issues we have had in the past make financial sense to bring RHA back I to production even with a JV. I would say we forget about RHA and concentrate on ZULU – sell RHA or just close and walk away selling what you can of the assets . A JV including RHA would only dilute ZULU . This needs to be discussed in the webinar today we have and still going round in circles on all our assets as its not acceptable that such high wages and expenses are occurring without revenue streams in place. its not acceptable for Shareholders to be supporting these kind of costs via dilution and poor management.

Forget RHA sell all or close and sort out time and effort of ZULU that what i will be pushng for today i will now send an email to say i want that discussed

My view this is even worse findings than when we went into Cm and not really worth the return on investment for the small profit expected put the money into ZULU why did GR go after 90% of nothing - i bet they made more money last year on the limited output

GR has a lot to answer for another waste of money on RHA unless the rel results are being held until the 90% ownership has arrived he would have been better giving it all back to Neiff for 2 million pay back - the market responded accordingly

Just want to share a view about the webinar and about last year’s results which I have a few questions on as looking into the accounts its not very clear
On RHA
• How many shipments were made ?
• What was the quantity of each of the shipments ?
• Want was the total value received for those shipments?

Also is it a good move to hold this if no new information is to be shared i.e about Barra reports

Priced to fail that the biggest problem with Prem - Confidence in Prem is 0 now - this time GR has to bring a result to the table if this fails i cannot see how we can proceed further without just selling off assets on the cheap

in all cases if CIRCUM are going for an IPO there will already be market value assigned at which point prem will have a value on its holdings normally pre IPO that figure is used to purchased shares prior to lock in so maybe that value has now been set

Maybe KDNC wanted GR to move over and he would not agree to it . i totally forgot about the place on the board element just a thought

Is that PREM maybe close on a couple of items , and today was too soon to have webinar as no news could have been given , this now seem to me that we may get some news between now and next week which will justify the change and then items can be full updated as already in the market place , but again show how poor prem are at giving realistic timeframes - i except RHA before the webinar as a min and perhaps a circum update

we did have revenue from RHIA via noble where are the figures

i have spoke to the company and yes was a blow not getting the deal but if Cadence did not move to complete based on the terms then we have assume they had reasons maybe tieing up too much money for a long period and Circum IPO either a IPO and lock in for a period 3/6 months or a pre sale , meeting with Circum management was said to be very soon and RHA update soon so thats see where we are in 3 weeks

WILL BUY THE CIRCUM shares cheap for working capital another asset grab by GR

CF73 not sure about that if the 1 asset say ZULU was worth it and more surely the other companies would just buy and dispose of the assets not needed - this whole thing is not right something not as the board tell us - did last years accounts show what noble actual gave us for the product

if GR didn't screw up with RHA and CIRCUM we would have been near to our own funded DFS so on that basis he has to step down as we have no cash at hand , without further dilution , and yes we as PIs allowed him to increase the Shares - the assets values not sure anymore as CIRCUM will NO DOUBT have a lockin post IPO and RHA who really knows ,,, so ask yourself this for around 12-15 million why is no one taking us out !taking the assets at a steal !!!

No one would want to partner with us watch this space if Cadance thought the asset was viable maybe they will try and gain control by buying shares on the open market to take control GR has left us very vunerable

MUST have cost us money which we didn't have now we are tied to GRs loan being paid back in shares in asset that maybe the only real item of good we had , on Circum yes in hindsight we could have got zulu to DFS on that money and GR has made terrible decision for Us not him - he needs to come to London and have a pi meeting pronto who is going to request it
