This is going bust - competition in the business market is intense. With very low margins. I always thought that this was a good short but when they came out with the lies in the interims I foolishly believe them. Needs a full aim investigation here with Jail time. Big salaries, money taken out on the promise of profits which have disappeared. How can you believe them now? The broker Shore Capital also has some big questions to answer.

How can they earn over £250k each and allow this kind of accounting scandal. Lost a shed load relying on the half year update only a few weeks ago. This is criminal. They must have known about this when they issued the interims.

You are talking crap. The boiler was dead along time ago and it was known. What was not known is that the energy business would get sold off in my view on the cheap with 130k customers and one of the best service reputations in the industry. Surely, this should have been kept and we would be in a much better position today.

The boiler was not viable and they told the market a long while ago. I invested in the business because of the energy supply business. They sold this too cheap to COOP. Bulb just got a £60m investment. Its a loss making business and now has a very high valuation. Very poor timing.

I said this was a great stock to short and the price goes up. I then mention that I might get back in and they are doing well and the price goes down. Think I should just give up!

Sometimes you have to admit that maybe you were wrong. They seem to have progressed very well with cash generation and holding up Gross Profit - well done. Think I will get back in

Seems to me that he feels that the share price will go down over the next year, so get out now and sell down his equity. Crazy valuation on this business PE is massive.

Margins used to be good in energy and First Utility was worth well over �500m. Not anymore. Things change that's business. Amazon used to sell books! Gas heating is now dead due to developments in electricity storage - we will all have electric heating and cars. Oh dear better tell Ford that Mr Musk is after them.

What I don't understand is why would anyone invest now in an energy business with zero margins - all the small energy providers that started last year are losing millions - what am i missing. Just look at their accounts, Bulb, Octopus, Toto, OVO, First Energy, Extra Energy. It's the industry that is ****ed.

They dumped the boiler last June when the investment was made. A year ago they told you that the boiler was not viable. I invested in a electricity & gas supplier that was sold too cheap but that's life. I also voted for remain but accept the decision.

I have never heard so much crap on any other board from the same people. This company has sold it's main assets and the company now has only one employee (CFO) who will pass the money onto the loan note holders and the company will de-list. I have invested in a number of aim high risk stocks (that's why they are on aim) and lost money and even some FSTE companies that have not done well, but if you take the portfolio approach then you have a fighting chance to make some money. Too many ex employees with a grudge causing a lot of white noise. Grow up!

GW it looks like an asset sale to OVO where Palm and Shell will get all their money back. In an asset sale the operation would be not bought only the customers.

These guys are on the board of Flow - see that they are looking out for themselves only not the other shareholders. Managed to get all their money back and interest too. Good deal for them not for others. This will get suspended today and this board will be gone. Goodbye all.

the.buffalo - I am an energy customer of Flow - so why can't I talk about this? We are all entitled to discuss any aspects of the business. Just want to make sure that I don't make another mistake.
