DY6 Metals Ltd (ASX: DY6) (DY6 or the Company) hereby requests an immediate trading halt

of the Company's securities pending an announcement by the Company in respect

of a proposed material acquisition and capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Thursday,

24 April 2025 or upon the release by the Company of the above announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any

other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
