Does that mean the shares are on top of this? Are we getting this shared out amongst shareholders or what’s happening with the denarius shares? If we got 9 for 1 on ours that would be happy days for me I’d happily sellout at 2p I don’t think we’re getting that sadly.

Im still confused we’re not getting 9 for 1 shares in marula are we? We’re getting 72 million and selling the denarius shares . Which looked like only 3.5 million from the previous RNS not the 5.5 million however if we still have 5,5 million at 0.67 Canadian dollars = 0.36p not 0.036 so 5.5 million shares is just over £1.9 million

Plus why would any company want that many shares on board the dilution of the company is ridiculous. I’d rather merge the current shares into marula and get 4p per share that way the company can grow quickly. Bet stupid myles didn’t think of that rather than diluting. A company with so many shares. What does this mean 9 new shares in Europa for one share in Marula Africa ...Does that mean we lose shares or Marula do?

Well I can't see any meaningful news till Europa & Marula have their AGM's and ratify the proposed deal hopefully before Christmas.

But saying that I was reading an article the other day that quoted the Europa Executive Chairman Myles Campion as saying that he expected Kilifi to be shipping Manganese this Quarter. so maybe we will be generating cash as the deal progresses. here's hoping ..
