ISS Supports the Board of Reabold and Recommends Shareholders Vote Against All Resolutions
Reabold, the oil & gas investing company with a diversified portfolio of exploration, appraisal and development projects, is pleased to provide the following update on the ISS Proxy Analysis & Benchmark Policy Voting Recommendations, as it relates to the Company's requisitioned general meeting to be held on 10 January 2024. ISS has recommended that shareholders VOTE AGAINST ALL proposed resolutions, consistent with the current Board's recommendation. The current Board would encourage shareholders to cast their vote at their earliest convenience to ensure their votes are received before the general meeting.
ISS Proxy Analysis & Benchmark Policy Voting Recommendations concluded that:
"The Dissident's allegations lack any detail and were disclosed very close to the date of the General Meeting. On the other hand, the response of the Board appears to address in detail the concerns raised by the Dissident. Overall, the Dissident has not made a sufficiently convincing case for the board changes. Consequently, none of the proposed shareholder resolutions warrant support."

There have been a number of requests due to bulletin board comment, to confirm that the 950 bopd stated in today's RNS are all oil and not a combination of water/gas.
Clearly stated BOPD. 950 BARRELS 0F OIL ?
Hope this clears this up for those suggesting differently.

This is from EOG announcement. The jet pump and the associated surface equipment is operating as expected and since production resumed the W1 well has produced at gross rates of over 950 bbls of oil per day ("bopd"), compared to approximately 750 bopd prior to the jet pump.

UKCS 33(rd) Round Licence Award
London, 31 October 2023 - Serica Energy plc (AIM: SQZ) is pleased to announce the award of a 100% interest in UK block 29/2a to its wholly owned subsidiary Tailwind Energy Chinook Limited in the UKCS 33(rd) Offshore Licensing Round. The award is subject to the execution of licence documentation.
Block 29/2a contains the decommissioned Kyle oil field. This field ceased production in June 2020 and the host FPSO at the time was subsequently removed. Serica will have no obligations in respect of the prior decommissioning as a result of the licence award. During an initial two-year licence period, Serica will carry out studies to determine the feasibility of re-developing the Kyle field by means of a subsea tie-back to the Triton FPSO vessel via the Bittern field facilities. Serica has a 46.42% interest in the Triton FPSO vessel and a 64.63% interest in the Bittern field. Both are operated by Dana Petroleum. Serica's internal preliminary mid-case estimate of recoverable resources from the redeveloped field is about 9 million barrels of oil.

So one final quick question, which was .What's the case for owning the shares today, rather than waiting until next spring or next year to own them
THE ANSWER IS THAT, WHEN YOU'VE GOT A SHARE THAT IS CURRENTLY TRADING AT $300 MILLION, MOSTLY ON THE BASIS OF PEOPLE'S SKEPTICISM, ABOUT THE ABILITY TO FINANCE DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT SIGNIFICANT DILUTION, YOU MAY WAKE UP ONE MORNING AND FIND THAT THAT ASSUMPTION IS NO LONGER VALID, and the share price has shown, that when it runs it runs, so of course anyone who wants to to own shares with a higher cost base, should wait and buy later. and anyone who wants to take the ride as it currently is, should be happy to be a share owner today.
