Strongman, seems like somebody took offence to my post and got it removed... not sure why as you and I always have reasonable discussions and you sort of got what I was talking about - the unexpected can and does happen in Aim.

Strongman - been over this before it's not a Directors Loan it's a loan from a trust of which GR and family are beneficiaries.
A loan from a trust is subject to all sorts of different rules - probably pre your time here but GR in a podcast or interview went to great lengths to explain that it was the trustees who insisted upon the ARC shares as collateral. It will be up to the same trustees to decide what they do at expiry nit GR. If it is GR then no doubt the taxman would be very very interested as it would then suggest the trust isn't a trust but rather a tax wheeze.

Today - no news regarding RHA and can gets kicked down the road yet again and the faithful such as yourself intimate it's because negotiations are ongoing
Dec- run out of cash, note only 60 days or so till start of Dec
Between now and then no JV on Zulu, Circum continues to do SFA
Dec - dilution at circa 25% less than prevailing price

Probably more believable, and yes I know past perforce is no guarantee of future performance blah blah blah, and equally possible to the rose tinted view you are putting forward.

Just IMO - £30K hardly worth getting excited about, myself and others have far bigger losses. Yes to may be a good buy but equally likely £30K may be worth £15K if nothing comes through before the need to raise. That's all this is now a roulette reel red or black.

For Strongman just IMO of course - a win win, possibly so but if it goes into liquidation and we save on C&M there is always a cost to make a mine safe - generally 100's of K's or even into £m's.
Secondly the loan is via trust it is not a Directors loan - the trustees job is to ensure security of loan & GR definitely isn't a trustee - see previous webinars and RNS's where this was explained in quite some detail as to why the ARCM shares were given as security.
IMO things are never quite as cut and clear as people make out - old saying about turnover being vanity, this is all about cash (or rather lack of it)

Never said it’d be easy and appreciate there are connections with MF but if you ask me I’d say MF will, possibly reluctantly, fulfill the Chairman’s role as it should be done. It’s steps on a process, Craig needs firepower to approach MF which then gives MF firepower to approach GR. Not basing this on just random thoughts rather gut feel having met MF in person quite recently, seriously is there much left to lose at this stage?

Lloyd, never say never. You and Luther would surely add a % onto Craig’s total, get the twitter group onboard too and this is doable if we can get the snowball effect rolling.

Hi Lloyd, been tied up since late morning so just catching up. Can honestly say to see your post is about the best thing today. If you haven't got hold of Craig yet please do so, give him the firepower and he and people like myself will do our damnedest to sort this car crash out.

Seriously what does that mean? We are spending $100k per month, we don’t have any properly proved assets, we have no access to anything but death spiral funding. There are only 2 solutions being either dilute or sell Circum, ps JV is diluting, I know some people struggle to understand this.
