Which bit would you care to enlighten me on - KME, love to have your link to some corporate and financial information or are you talking about how we're going to pay the bills this month when we run out of cash (see previous RNS and cashflows). Nominal value of a share - think Knicol answered that one for you a day or so ago.

See my basic research has called this right now for over 2 years from the share raise, through Riverfort, through endless dilutions and share price forecasts, so far I'm 100% correct whereas the other view has been 100% wrong.

Raydaar - you making this up as you go along? First you think it's the gov owe the money, now you think liquidation just means you can grab the assets? Unfortunately there is a process to go through handled by a 3rd party and you'll probably find clean up and restoration are top of the bills to be paid from any assets. Likewise and this is just from memory there is a time limit to the license which expires in the near future, not really too sure what assets you are talking about.

Raydaar - the gov do not owe us the money, the shareholder agreement quite clearly says it is a loan to RHA to be repaid out of profits. It is RHA which owes Prem the money, unfortunately it's not making any profit to repay it.

I read the report, not what any of us wanted or more importantly expected to hear. Why? seems somewhat at odds as to where we all believe this company is at.
To me that's a communication issue and I'm afraid there is only one place I can point the blame at - the BoD.
Come on seriously, if we have what we all think we have and can't communicate that fact to a researcher then we either don't have something special or are pretty incompetent at getting the message out.

1 - GR, rightly or wrongly due to circumstances or whatever has right royally screwed up in more or less every bloody decision made over the last few years, he needs to go - you get the big bucks so it's only right that when FUBAR hits you take the fall

2- Noel, if he really does has access to 10% of the votes needs to stop being a dithering fairy and call this all into account via an EGM or alternatively admit he ain't got the calloulahs for the job required and point everybody in Craig's direction.

I for one one am sick and tired of living through the world's slowest bloody car crash when the first party won't do what is needed to stabilise the situation and the second who could do something about it is wearing the rosiest of rose coloured tinted sunglasses.
