Been out and skimmed through posts since around 4. It's all a bit vague because of the "being conditional upon raising", forming Newco, AGMS's and then IPO. All of this to me says time, been around a fair few financial transactions in my years but none requiring all 3 to occur and as a result I'm thinking we're talking months here for all 3 to be completed. 2 best case possibly 3?
If this is the case then can anybody really see the process being we just leave Prem on the market as it is?
I've a horrible feeling that people should perhaps consider one of the upcoming RNS's is going to be the dreaded suspension one and this time not just for a few days.
It'll make no odds to me as the bulk of my holding is in my Sipp so its quite a while till I can access that but there may be on or two out there who might need to sell at sometime (irrespective of price) in this timeframe. If there's one thing worse than being locked in after a spike it's being locked in period with no exit.
Another red flag for people to consider depending upon their own circumstances.
Ps I can't stand the idiotic ramping crap from some posters, even worse those who ramp and slag off people like myself who do question but I saw some digging at Strongman earlier. Unnecessary in my book, foolishly optimistic outlook perhaps with over disregarding Prem's previous form but he was straight up from start to finish throughout on why here, when would leave if things went his way and that he would leave if he had called it wrong. What's the problem he did as he said he'd do?
