1. CMC shares were issued at 3.75. All the Ask price is - and has been - 3.75 or above for a long time. This means buys are around or above 3.75 or above. Please can you explain how that means the CMC shares are being sold at a loss? What a ridiculous thing to say. So no, I do not think thr oroce action is worrying, in fact is is as suspected until the shares are cleared.

2. The RNSs were clear. Yes many didn't realise thr shares went to CMC, it the RNSs are clear and it is mine/others fault for not reading properly and understanding the implications. Nothing to do with Jason. Unlike you I don't blame others for my mistakes.

If you want to research then maybe read some RNSs? Most of yours questikn show a clear ignorance of anything Maru.

Curiously, your first post on Maru to start your 'research' was 2nd of April. It is now the 4th of April. In that time frames you have made (to date) 36 negative, rude and obtuse posts against the company and not done any 'research' on any other company when there is a world of Mining companies to 'learn' from.
