£250k in shares initially (at 5p)

£250k cash upfront for working capital

Another £250k in csshbor Shares by 31/12

£5m in cash or shares on completion of feasibility study

Minimum £1m exploration budget over 12 months and to cover 100% of exploration and development costs

The project succeeds , we pay a lot but get a lot. Well structured deal with incentives on all sides to work together for success.
