so agropur, whilst important in USA in their own right, and provide PR/brand etc exposure for us( which presumably hasn't amounted to a lot either) could hardly be said to contribute much, if anything ever, to our turnover in US

We await Rene's , who is fully responsible for hirings etc, appointment Zak ( 1 March 2022 rns) to start delivering 10 months on from his appointment

Zac brings a broad experience developing a food and supplement ingredient businesses in North America working for Galenicum Speciality Ingredients, Jarrow Formulas and Best Ground International. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and an extensive network. He will focus on the development of ingredient sales to brand owners and contract manufacturers for both pro- and prebiotics in close cooperation with our established partners.

Our established prebiotic partners in USA have contributed little to turnover in the six months to jun 22, as demonstrated by our own published figures, and not much prior to then, imo, never mind the usual opti "gloss" put on news releases and the positive spin put on our Global Engage attendance and Supply Side West after that

What a strange RNS and something I've never encountered before - even on AIM

They (our Directors) cannot produce the financial statements on time for the AGM (someone noted on this bb that the excuse was because they now have income and the current CFO etc etc - what a complete load of tosh!) but they had to call the agm (due to company law) within 6 months of year end - I note the agenda is not available on website at the moment - jees that will be a very short agenda and meeting presumably

and then our company has to call a further general meeting , with all the attendant costs that entails, to adopt the financial statements and re-appoint the auditor at a date to be announced

note adopt the statements - the Directors approve same
