So we have the underwhelming £593,507 for H2 (which i assume includes licence fee ) and a 2024 turnover of £869,507

which does exceed our 2023 turnover of £644k, as previously reported, but an absolute poor performance

Not going to deny i'm perhaps optimistic but i wouldn't say, even at my figure (which i accept is c300k above yours) , that sales could be described as that good - the reported turnovers to date are completely underwhelming after all this time - and i think SOH is waiting for more info how morepen sales are progressing in the hope that he can have a relatively "blockbuster" rns - that's opti speak of course

We were provided with a forecast in May 2024 of c£1.5m for year ended 31 Dec 24 (exc royalties and sweet us payment c100k)

on 27th Sept 24 in the six mths to 30 June 2024 update we had this

To the date of this statement, the total of reported sales and confirmed orders exceeds our total 2023 sales of

so with reported sales to Jun 24 of £276k - the confirmed orders to date (Sep) would be at least £368k and this being opti i don't think much above that figure - if it was they would be much more positive imo

This area of the business has seen a material transformation in outlook with the announcement of the agreement with Morepen (announced on 13 March 2024) to sell products containing SlimBiome® under the Dr Morepen brand. This is an established, well known, and trusted brand in the Indian market and represents a material step forward for the Company’s products in the Indian market. OptiBiotix will receive revenue for both the ingredient and final product sales with the first order received in May 2024 of over £175K for delivery and launch in Q3 2024. The initial launch planned for Q3 2024 will involve five products with subsequent launches later in the year and at the start of 2025. Based on Morepen’s current forecasts this agreement could contribute in the region of £6-7 million revenue per annum to OptiBiotix in the next four to five years as announced on 13 March 2024.

The Board believe these agreements, plus other partner launches planned for Autumn 2024, the upcoming launch of products with Morepen, and reorder of products with Apollo pharmacies could contribute significant revenues and bring profitability to this part of the business in 2024.

As we know launch delayed to Dec 24

so lets say £368k is £400k and translates to reported sales in H2 (£175k presumably definitely did) together with say online of £200k - based on the undernoted

The Consumer Health division has continued to grow rapidly during the year with sales to 30 June 2024

exceeding the £151K achieved for the whole of 2023

We have then £600k for H2 and with £100k sweetbiotix £700k and whatever else (nouri presumably had to buy tonnes for Launch in Feb 25 presumably prior to Dec 24 - say third of annual forecast £100k)

so up to at least £800k H2. - Full year £1076K

let's say £1.2m for Full Year

but it will still fall short of May forecast of £1.6m (inc sweet payment) and still far away from Profit before Tax (exc share sales and uplift in investment )
