Good to try and have a balanced view on the board, obviously holders would look to try and take a positive approach. All through this process when the board have said about giving back value to shareholders and no dilution I have thought this is not that simple. If it was other oil and gas companies would be doing the same and we would all be making a killing on those AIM shares. We rely on the board at Solo to be smarter than others, paying fair value for an asset to gain a return longer term funded through serviceable debt and share issue should give some form of value back to shareholders as it changes the company into a producer with income and hopefully profit which is the name of the game which not that many in AIM can say. To hit production targets given will not be self funding this without something special happening there is likely to be other debt/share offers but all fine when it adds value overall but we need to be realistic that there is a cost involved somewhere in doing these deals.
