We had a trading update 31st March last year.

I don't see any recent share purchases by directors. At such a massive discount to NAV, one would imagine that they'd be buying bucket loads? At least directors aren't selling, and there's institutional purchases.

When I looked at trades earlier, they were largely smaller trades (bulk from private investors I assume) and relatively low volume.

This is a major turnaround in the fortunes of DEC. The market will definately respond, just that this-morning is rather lacklustre. When US market opens I imagine we'll see +5% minimum. Ought to be +20% today!

Strong fundamentals. Low P/E. Forward order book. Long profitable history.

Some company share buybacks or Director buys would send the right signals to the market. Or a trading update.

In the interview Rusty invisages that at the end of this month when inclusion into the Russell 2000 index is anounced, up to 10 or 15% of our shares will be bought. That's a massive demand which will cause a surge in the share price.

The U.S. population is about five times the population of the UK. On Monday DEC joins their stock exchange - and will everyone in the USA be selling DEC? No, relatively few own DEC shares and so the trades will be predominantly buys. At the same time DEC will be busy publicising the their new entrant. The trajectory from here is upward.

U.S. listing is a game changing event. DEC will take off shortly, fasten your seat belts for for a fast upward trajectory. Rusty has a large share holding, he's commited and confident.

Notrex, 90% of shares are in institutional or insider's hands. Rusty has a large holding. They wouldn't sell their shares at a large loss, they know what the company is worth, they've done their professional research. The company can't be taken over by a predatory hedge fund.

Seem to recall that 90%+ of shares are owned by institutions. They just keep their heads down and pocket the quarterly dividends year after year. The fundimentals and metrics haven't changed that much since they invested. They are what you could describe as dormant investors. It's the private investors with their relatively small proportion of shares that have driven the SP down. I sense that the hedging of the gas price and its consequent appearance in the headline accounts frightens many away, it's only when we look deeper into the accounting presentation that a comparative and proportional profit per share can be compared. Anyway I'm with the institutions and the director's - keeping my head down and enjoying the divis.

I keep accumulating these shares. My view is that at this price CSH is incredibly good value. 9% divi (paid quarterly). In addition the share price is rediculously low, which A: minimises the risk of further devaluation & B: offers the prospect of an upward trajectory toward a more representative value. Let's say that over the course of three years, the share price reaches 75p (sounds reasonable to me). This is 21% growth which is 7% average/annum. 9%+7% = 16%/annum. This is why I keep accumulating!

Update was attached to an announcement last year, don't think it was a set date that we should anticipate.

Yes PLynch, I agree. Just look at the images of the plant, it's an impressive organisation. Looks professional. Demand is not going to diminish. Product launch and marketing was big drain on finances but that's now behind us. Sale of feed business will consolidate operations and momentum will increase going forward. This company is now well established, risks have diminished, profitable trading going forward. I bought in a year or so back and so am showing a loss, but I've not sold, the fundamentals are robust.

Not long now, 2013 results are just a few weeks away. Simon said: "The full year 2013 will be important for the Group and I am confident that the results will repay the hard work that has been put in by the whole team." Keep your powder dry.

I thought the last RNS was excellent, lots imminent developments. I imagine that Simon will not now go-ahead with remaining 50% purchase of Rosbunker, but will rather sell our holding. Either way I'm trusting him in these difficult days of Russian tension. I'm confident this share price will double within the year.

Hi Adastra, at the time of Belphar's 22p bid I seem to remember that Simon wanted to disclose sensitive valuation information to Belphar, but Belphar refused this offer, wanting only what was in the public domain. There's obviously a lot that Simon doesn't disclose, he keeps his cards close to his chest at times. There could be reasons for this that we're not party to. But I do trust him. So I am waiting. The share has little downside. Is boring infrastructure. Operations at capacity. Diverse geographically. Previously disclosed intent to distribute profits via dividends. Several deals in final stages including offer from Rosbunker (which also clarifies their legal status). I understand Simon's best interests are in line with shareholders especially as he approaches retirement and will want to crystallise his investment in foreseeable future. So I'm happy to wait on this one. But I miss Adastra's regular analysis.

Hi Clainy. Thought it was restrictions on visas for Russians coming over here? Apparently a lot come over to our universities. But I'll watch to see what happens. I'm sure Crimea will be annexed, sliced off by Russia. Their navel bases are so strategic, they won't let them go now. The West will perhaps impose some sanctions to save face but Obama, Merkyl and Cameron will be relieved that things will settle down without bloodshed. Ukraine is powerless to do anything herself, she'll be pleased that a resolution has been imposed upon her. PAN just keeps on raking in the profit on all fronts.

Yes it's down a few percent on fears of Ukraine escalation, but I think they'll just annex the Crimea peninsula and it'll all settle down. Lots of good news in the pipeline, it's worth reading over that RNS again. Every day we're making a substantial profit on all fronts. Results in June will give better clarity from our portfolio of facilities. This is infrastructure, it's predictable, -and it should grow into a boring dividend machine over the next year.
