We're missing you Adastra! You didn't sell your total holding did you? Look at that RNS it's bubbling with good news and imminent announcements. Each paragraph major developments. Providing there's no war with Russia, this share will double this year IMHO.

Major developments on all fronts! This update is the best I’ve ever seen from PAN. Every operation is highly profitable just now. Interesting that no turnover or profit figures were mentioned, is there a reason for this? Relief about Rosbunker, they’ve put a price on their 50%, this is significant, we are approaching 100% control of all assets and a line in the sand has now been drawn, there will be no going back. And what a shock! We don’t need to borrow or dilute to acquire this 50%! Where has the capital come from? To top it all: ‘advanced discussions on one project’. I think we will be earning something like 7p per share just now, with this being an infrastructure company our share price ought to be +70p! How has this slipped under the radar of so many? What is Westhouse doing? Are they awaiting completion of Rosbunker transaction before a major announcement to the markets? I’m glad I’m in. DYOR

Are all the tanks full? YES. Do our current contracts eclipse all that's gone before? YES. Is profit hostage to the oil price? NO. Is this now a low risk infrastructure business? YES (especially after Rosbunker resolution). Is our investment secured by assets? YES (assets at least twice the value of current share price). Could PAN be described as a dividend making machine on the verge of its maiden payment? YES. Is the share price so ridiculously low that there's a predatory shark swimming around waiting to snap-up any shares it can find? YES. Do the European operations basically underwrite the share price? YES. Are our shares 24/7 earning us profit? YES -even as we sleep! Are seven weeks maximum very long in the scheme of things? NO. Does Simon have a vested interest in achieving the best outcome? YES -I understand that retirement might not be that long away and he's a big chunk of shares to maximise. The deal he's currently negotiating for us will be his magnum opus. Our share holdings represent our trust in the man Simon Escott. Sit tight and await that imminent RNS. I can almost hear the champagne corks popping!

About £5,000 worth of shares are sold and the price drops two and a half percent! What will happen when the trading page is almost entirely blue and shares to the value of £50,000+ are bought on the one day? Half of the RNS will be already drafted, just awaiting the conclusion of negotiations with our Russian friends. Fasten your seatbelts!

It may be a long flat-line but it's about to erupt. Around 2010 I had a holding in Interserve an infrastructure company at around 180p. I thought that the fundamentals were so good -the P/E low, international, also a divi etc. But it was in the middle of economic turmoil and I was a little anxious, especially because a trading update was by now long overdue, I decided to sell. The next week the trading update came out; -new contracts all around the world, growth, profit, stability. It's now around 600p! The management had obviously decided not to drip feed news but to stun the market with an avalanche of major developments. The share price just took-off! And I was out of it.

Doesn't sound too bad, not acute at the mine itself 'around the mine and as a precautionary measure' also shut-down was management decision rather than anything catestrophic. The company has many years of profitable production in the area, let's hope we're soon back to normal.

Every day profit is accumulating, if only 6p per share, that's about 30% return each year and increasing. Share price may sometimes lag behind but because of market forces it cannot do so for long. The trigger would be a trading update &/or Rosbunker resolution, both I think are imminent. Expect a leap of 50% within the next couple of months. DYOR

Don't worry Dent, share price is below cash in bank! We're getting business for FREE! And it's now quite diverse: Oranges/Fruit Juice/Bananas. Also expect RNS soon with another business take-over to add to portfolio, this is why management not re-purchasing shares, they've earmarked cash for such a transaction. This company has a long track record, pays good divi, and is obviously locked into Chinese growing economy. HOLD and just see what happens in 2014. DYOR

Yes Cautioussid I'm looking forward to dividend, it comes at the right time of year for us! Share price is less than cash in bank! At this price investors are getting the business for free! The processing side of the business contributes a substantial and increasing proportion of the profits and this isn't so critical as regards local climatic conditions and so de=risks business. If processing alone, at this price it's a bargain! DYOR

So if we were to buy the remaining 50% of Rosbunker and it was by way of share issue, £26m/22p = 118m new shares to trusted long term institutional investor. Now that would dilute Belphar influence!

The legal ruling is final, so what obstacles are there in the way of the Rosbunker resolution? Obviously legal process is time consuming but this is mostly after the deal rather than before it. Both parties are familiar with the business -we already own half of it! So I wonder why there's this delay? Of course Simon has been busy the last few weeks with the Belphar issue, but I don't now see why he can't finalise the Rosbunker deal. This would ignite the share price, if it was a sale, perhaps a proportion would be returned to investors? Or does he intend to purchase the other 50% and needs to approach institutional investors? I suppose it's all framed by the April deadline, we just need to hold on to our shares like a mother goose sitting on her eggs.

Got the result we'd planned, that's GREAT! Belphar is now stuck at 30% and know the sentiment of shareholders. But I don't fully understand the voting, perhaps someone might help interpret things for me?

Belphar might be the largest shareholder, but they've only got 30% at the moment and they're not popular with the other 70% of shareholders. They ought not to try throwing their weight around with any further ridiculous manouvers as they're outnumbered and will be voted into touch. Roll on Monday and lets see what Simon has up his sleave.

So close to a massive surge in share price! Another bidder? Rosbunker resolution? Might even throw in news of 2014 divi to ensure takes off and hits the 30p bell! My own view is that Rosbunker is the most likely of these. THERE IS GOING TO BE DRAMATIC NEWS ON MONDAY! DYOR

DeMac: In my opinion, your holding value will be up by 50% in just over a week. There's been a lot going-on behind the scenes. Rosbunker resolution could be the outcome, it was already underway, Belphar's insulting offer may have simply chrystallised the deal. 20-22p range is just a strange anomaly that will soon be history.
