Hi Trendz, revenues will be generated from awarding licenses (£500k) an annual licence fee per DMG machine (£500k) and from engineering fees. It was said in an earlier RNS that the Peel license would be completed before financial close which is expected in Q1 so both could land soon. Peel have suggested they have a pipeline of 77 sites and also are planning for 15 DMG machines for themselves in their plastic parks, the first machine should be completed towards the end of this year.
HUI in Poland have paid a €100k deposit against a €500k license and are currently planning for 10 DMG machines at an annual licence fee of €500k each.
Interest for licences from many countries so more could be announced this year or next.
There’s a Longspur analyst report on the Powerhouse website which I’m sure you’ll find an interesting read but nothing more recent that I’m aware of.
Tog, whilst I accept we could be in a downtrend within I rising channel, your strong downtrend description doesn’t match my take on the situation. We could be at the bottom now with a new bullish channel about to be confirmed, we simply don’t know yet and it’s wrong to offer advice. Most here are invested in a potentially worldwide disruptive technology and consider it to be more of a risk to be out rather than trading for a quick profit especially with financial close and possibly U.K. licensing as well as other news to be announced soon.
Is the 154 tonnes referring to the 77 sites?
