The company has held their cards close to their chest since day one.

On the morning of the initial suspension I doubt anyone expected an RNS detailing a propose RTO. I’ll stand corrected if they did.

Without knowing what was initially on the table alongside Blue Air and what is still open for negotiation at this point we are all in the dark.

Still a couple of months to get a deal over the line, fingers crossed.

I only ask because I’m always sceptical about anyone who would post at this late stage that hasn’t posted before.

As mentioned, the deal time frame is 12 months. It’s just the trading suspension cash shell rule that locks us in at the halfway point.

I’ve added twice this morning, one smaller one showing as an unknown trade is my buy also.

Communication has never been a strong point so it’s difficult to predict.

Personally I don’t think an investment co is the on the cards. I try to remind myself that RDGC have 12 months to complete a successful RTO, it’s just the FCA guidelines that suspend the company after 6 months.

Bottom line is nobody knows, other than those “in the know”.

It is what it is, if you bought just because JM bought them that’s your call. Did you buy more because someone else bought more? Or are you selling because someone else sold?

In the interest of a constructive debate, how is this a "guaranteed" deal? Like many others I am optimistic that a deal will be done, but I am reluctant to go down the path of assuming the deal will definitely be done.

I’m holding. Leading up to the 6th July, if no news my stance will be “locked in”.

I’ve not come this far to abandon ship at the last minute. My game plan was always hope of RTO so I'm sticking. I imagine some will leave in fear of their funds being tied up.

Exactly… the TR1 holder was an existing holder that has crossed the 3% barrier.

Sentiment has changed and people are buying in… we had a rise not long ago, up to the 1.5 area and then dropped off.

I’m not putting a downer on this or attempting to deramp, just merely remaining realistic.
