It’s gamblers anonymous whether you have 700k shares or 7 million shares..
If it’s a gamble, it’s a gamble.. you invest relative to what you can afford to lose.
Alfred, make sure you remove those big wads of cash from your pockets before they do your scan!
The last few weeks has been what I’ve been waiting for, never expected any announcement in the early days it was just too soon.
Surprises me that people sell at this late stage when this is the time I would be expected a deal to be announced, if any.
I guess we will find out soon enough Greg.
I’m still factoring in the possibility of no deal announced by the 6th July and a trading suspension whilst the BoD try to push a deal across the finish line.
In the same respect an announcement could come at any point over the next few weeks.
Hope this comes good and I have a feeling a deal will get done but this is purely guess work.
Best of luck all
Although failure is an option, I always remind myself of what impact a failure "may" do to James Normand's reputation. I think there was always a target(s) from day one and this was more than just a business punt by the BoD.
TR1 holders seem to be standing firm, hopefully news lands soon.
I feel we have adjusted accordingly at this level, although granted we are still above our NAV which equates to a SP of 0.44p from memory.
We have a month left until we reach the same destiny as CCAP. I fully expected from day one that a deal(if done) would only take place towards the end of the six month time frame, so for me the remaining days until the 6th July are the most expectant.
This is purely a speculative punt, as the thread title suggests. It will be interesting to see, if we get to a few remaining days how many investors sell out in fear of the potential suspension without news of RTO (refer to CCAP as an example of where we could be).
This takes a lot of bottle.
Hi Alfred,
How you doing? How was the body scan?
Hopefully some news soon, I know a few people who have sold out of RDGC recently. For me, this is the stage where I want to be invested.
I’ve noticed a few concerns from investors regarding the lack of PR or updates from the BoD. As far as I’m concerned this is under the radar to keep the SP in dealing range. Once (if) a deal is done then any upward trend is beneficial.
Just over a month to go, although we could suspend with no RTO across the line and find ourselves locked in, just like CCAP.
Very high risk, but a good team behind the the scenes.
Best of luck all
I admire your optimism
Technically it could be both!
I’m with timetomultibag on this,
TR1 holders haven’t budged, in from an early stage and just sat waiting.
Latest RNS stated the Company was on takes with candidates but the SP was out of range... this has since been adjusted and has now stabilised.
Nobody knows if a deal is happening, not on this board I imagine anyway, but the foundations are set and I feel we have a strong change of executing a deal.
Sitting tight
Same old same old...
Speculation.
Just sit tight and see what happens, that’s all we can do if we believe in the deal happening.
True story.
I still believe that the opportunity was on the table from the outset, and RDGC was created to fulfil this business opportunity.
Although failure is an option, I do believe that the BoD have too much of a good reputation to send this to the grave.
Hope this comes good for everyone.
I see some valid points here.
The bottom line is we are putting our trust on the BoD to get the job done. Unless there’s a leak we are all in the dark on this. It’s either no news because no deal is done, or an RNS saying a deal is ok the table.. binary....
As the days count down to early July I am hoping we see an RNS soon, that’s why I’m here.
We are all going to have different views, different feelings, and some will panic some will dream. But, if we can drop the name calling and keep it civilised and constructive it would help.
Hopefully an RNS soon and some positivity, most of us have waited long enough.

Hope all goes well mate, keep in touch.
Alfred, hope you’re good.
The IPO for MTS is some time soon but as far as I am aware there is not firm date as of yet.
I will update you further once I hear something.
Hope all is well

Very bold
Very true MrCautious,
Just our faith in the BoD.
News could land any day now, but who know, pure gamble, but an exciting one at that.
More excited than frustrated it should read above
I’m more than scores than frustrated. Given the nature of SPAC’s we know there’s a time frame to get the deal done, it’s the early days that I find more boring as news isn’t expected.
Now we are closing in on the deadline, we have received an RNS which states why we haven’t passed preliminary talks, since then the SP has adjusted which should now allow talks to pass the preliminary stages.
Personally I think the above is putting things into place to make a deal work.
Only my 2ps worth.. which is about my average :)
