Meaning liquidity is there,unlike Aim. So is liquid share, hence the mega move in share price action seen last few weeks. This will defo repeat on further news or run up to it, early October - bring it on. Rerate - until then just hibernate in lockdown.

How much are these billions of shares priced at and how much does it cost in total to buy them?? If 1p or over then consolidation needed as too expensive.

The Company has been informed that completion of the acquisition of the JOE Media business in Ireland by Greencastle Capital has been delayed from the guidance previously given and is now expected to occur in early October. The Company does not expect any further delay, and will take full operational control of JOE Media's Irish business immediately on completion of that acquisition.
