If you’re aluding to me I’d say this is informative and fact based reading. Not blind ramping saying “1.5p by Dec” / “2p soon” etc etc etc

I've said when I've bought (before the trades show) for proof thanks.
I'll do the same when I sell.
But for absolute clarity I haven't sold any yet.

CITM I thought (hoped) it would least create some wider interest, perhaps some buys.
I am hopeful of Tilapia and it moves the SP. But why would any other good news items you mention move the SP CITM? All recent bits of good news (and some have been reasonably juicy) have had the opposite impact with the SP moving down (fact). Yes we moved up 11 months ago but it's been stagnant and retracing often since then

Can't have been any massive news as a) would require an RNS and b) we'd have seen some trade.
So far today we've seen two trades - both sells judging by the price. Same low volume we've gotten used to.
