Hello Mark: Both issues, Agamore and Essar Mauritius, are being handled by COPL’s lawyers, who are also defending NNPC. Please refer to information in the Prospectus on pages 57 and 58. Nothing new since then. Both are deemed without merit as stated in the prospectus. Hard to say if these disputes are holding up financing—perhaps in some cases but certainly not all. I emailed both Arthur and Cathy this week and for the first time, didn’t get a response Anyone else had any luck?

I can see both sides of the argument making valid points here I just can’t decide myself which way to read this situation!

I’m not sure When I received it, I jumped to the conclusion that the completion of finance was subject to the resolution of the disagreement But the word he has used is related.
