Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
MrYFronts,
You spent the whole of the month subtly deramping this share whenever you could, indirectly rubbing the share price drop into the faces of shareholders here and you defended all of those who were trolling as if they were adding productive conversations.
You had claimed there was too many unknowns, you didn't feel comfortable and that you had sold the remaining stake.
What has changed?
Nothing, no RNS released, no update, zilch.
I doubt you even sold, if I'm being really skeptical, you've been adding more all this time, just another Monty.
Calamari, silversun and horse.mouth.
3 of the most shameful posters on this website, go back and hide inside your caves.
Haven't you guys realised, most people have seen through you all, posting history is a wonderful thing.
'They have 82m oz reserves and 477m oz resources and they are a derisked and generating billions of cashflow. Unfortunately Eua need to demonstrate extracting and selling of the resources to be valued fully.'
Well, this is the thing, they haven't had the opportunity to do so, and in this is where it gets interesting, for all intents and purposes at the moment, EUA is a small fish, but with the right tactics? Anything is possible.
The SS has been there for a while, it hasn't been activated, why? Every interview I've seen from CS was suggesting to the fact that they were almost ready to get the ball rolling. Smoke and mirrors to entice buyers? Maybe, either way it worked.
Clearly, whoever is bidding for the company has seen this development and has decided to step in before it's too late, and whoever is going to acquire the assets, you can be sure they know exactly what value they will be adding to their own balance sheet over the next decade.
I think the DS and CS have played the game perfectly and are about to checkmate.
What is quite interesting, it's widely mentioned that the BOD have had discussions of a potential sale of these assets way before the FSP started.
For them to even progress to a FSP, this suggests that the discussions over the suspension period were very productive and that potential buyers have shown their appetitie to stump up the money to acquire the assets.
Then I think about the professional advisors, UBS and DLA Piper.
I feel like those names during the first few months of the FSP were used as a hype machine to sell the legitamacy of the FSP, but they shouldn't have, because the track record of the company and BOD sold itself, the additions of such well known and highly specialised M&A organisations running the process, was a bonus.
And I think this is where market has missed it completely, the market has been so obsessed with the idea of a conspiracy, too good to be true or a fire/panic sale by the BOD, that it has completely ignored the relevancy of such professional advisors at the table and what positive consequences may result of such a thing.
I always thought £1-£1.25 (I got called out for deramping when I posted that here a little while ago) would be the most reasonable price that a buyer would be willing to pay, but I've been second guessing my prediction recently, going over the RNSs, the interviews and with the way the prices of the metals are going, I've started to feel like we would be getting ripped off at that price.
I'm genuinely starting to believe that £1.50-£2.00 may be the minimum price the BOD will sell for, this level of advisors were brought on to the table for a reason, and I think the market is in for a massive shock.
Don't see a reason to be concerned,
We've had big sellers since resumption of trading in July, there are many PIs who have huge holdings and simply don't want to wait anymore.
It could be someone who thinks this may go on for a few more months and thinks the price may drop further.
If AC had sold his shares to the open market, I would have been slightly concerned yes, but the fact that it was a direct sale at 29p to Veles (whether it was for cash or whether he's doing some dodgy tax stuff) is enough for me to be satisfied.
I agree, someone always knows something.
Remember back to a few days before suspension? The buys that were going through as the price shot up from 3p to 7p.
It'll be the same again, key thing now is to watch the volume, I would have been suspicious of pending news if there was more volume these last 2 weeks, there has been a LOT of buying going on and I feel like without the big seller, we would have easily ran up into the 30s.
Lets see what happens, I do feel we will hear something inside the next 2 weeks.
'Hi pearls - little bit of attention I’m giving you , enjoy it because I’m starting to realise you are showing signs of being a sociopath.'

There's no point in trying to engage with people like this.
These trolls exist over all stock platforms in order to cause a bit of fear in investors, usually either their trade/short off or to buy in cheaper.
They will never reason with you, they will never answer you directly and they will always switch their opinion based on their trading position at the time.
Don't waste your time chasing honest replies and debates with these people, the best thing anyone can do is drown them out, let their posts get hidden in between real conversations, eventually they will stop when they realise no one is listening to them.
When you open the door to 'negative' opinions, you bring in all this crap with you, that's why its important for investors to focus on where this company is heading rather than the risks assosicated with it, which inherently are much higher because of the nature of bitcoin and should be accepted when investing in this crypto space.
Let us change the subject.
It is very clear at this point that these guys are running out of ideas, as most of you aware, the deramping attempts have got progressively worse since the drop from 4p-2p.
They sounded plausible during suspension, but as time went on and the eventual start of the FSP, you can tell these people are getting desperate and their arguments have got worse over time.
It is also very clear that some individuals on this website are resident wind-up merchants, all you have to do is look at their posting history to realise they skip through tons of hyped or high volume stocks and the type of garbage they are posting, why even bother entertaining with a genuine reply to an individual who has only one agenda?
